1 ANNUAL CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE The Snowmass Village Rotary Club is back in with our signature event, Snowmass Wine Festival in September 2014, and in its second year, Mammoth Meltdown Winter Please join us as a sponsor for these two amazing events. THE SNOWMASS WINE FESTIVAL Begins Friday, September 12 with a fabulous Wine Dinner at the Viceroy Snowmass, featuring a Mediterrean Celebration. Seating capacity is 200 and the event typically sells out. The Grand Tasting is Saturday, September 13 from 2-5pm. Now in our twelth year, this signature event is now being held at Town Park in conjunction with the Snowmass Balloon Festival and Ferrari Club of Colorado s Fall Car Show. MAMMOTHMELTDOWN.COM Will be in its second year Winter This web-based event allows anyone to guess when the mammoth sculpture will break through the ice in the Spring. Last year the event raised $2000, the winner receiving $1000 while three charities split $1000. Visit to read more. SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES Depending on the sponsorship level, there are numerous opportunities to reach out to the participants in both events, such as being recognized on each event s website, newspaper ads, posters, Facebook and printed programs distributed. 3 SUCCESS OF THE EVENTS THE SNOWMASS WINE FESTIVAL FUNDS RAISED 2012 $38, $60,340 In the last 2 years, over $99,000 raised for charities. GROWTH IN PARTICIPATION MAMMOTHMELTDOWN.COM Website went live January 2014, 3 months before Snowy sank. During this brief time, the site received 1700 unique views, Rotary posted over 50 blog posts on Facebook, and ran 2 ads in Aspen Times noting sponsors. By using only the website and Facebook to promote ticket sales, Rotary raised $2000. $1000 went to the winner, while $1000 in proceeds benefitted Challenge Aspen/CAMO, Little Red School House, and Hospice of the Valley. 2nd place received a donated two-night stay at Viceroy Snowmass, and dinner in 8K for up to $150 and daily breakfast for 2. 3rd place received a 2-night stay, with breakfast and soup lunch for 2 at the Snowmass Mountain Chalet.
