To participate in this program, you will be required to provide a short skiing resumé. Every effort will be made to ski the steep and deep but our first goal is to keep you safe. Plan to arrive in Canada the day before your tour begins and depart from Canada the day after your tour is finished. Bell 2 Lodge is located 220 miles (360 km) Northwest of Smithers, British Columbia. Smithers is easily accessed from Vancouver with 2 daily flights. Ripley Creek Inn is located in Stewart BC, just minutes from the border with Alaska and 200 miles (310km) Northwest of Terrace, British Columbia. 10 general information payments Regular Tours A deposit of $2,000 per person has to be made to Last Frontier Heliskiing or your travel agency in order to confirm a reservation. Please see our website: for cancellation policies. The payment of the balance is due 90 days prior to the beginning of the Heliskiing tour. For bookings made less than 90 days prior to the trip start date, the full tour price is due at time of booking. All payments are nonrefundable. Private Tours A deposit of 20% of the tour price is required at the time of booking and a total of 50 % of the tour price is due 180 days prior to the trip. The full balance is due 90 days before the trip start date. All rates are quoted in Canadian funds and are subject to change without notice. taxes GST + PST for Canadian residents, 6% PST for noncanadian residents. pricing All prices are in Canadian Dollars and are based on double occupancy accommodation with ensuite bathroom. single supplement Bell 2 Lodge: $135 Ripley Creek: $60 per night. additional skiing for regular tours If you ski more than the vertical meters/feet guaranteed in your package, extra skiing is charged at CAD $ per 1,000 vertical meters (CAD $42.30 per 1,000 vertical feet). Costs for additional skiing are charged only to guests who decide to ski over the guaranteed vertical meters/feet included in their tour. Guests are informed on a daily basis of their vertical meters/feet skied and can therefore make an informed decision whether or not they want to continue skiing. Skiing on your last day may end early due to transfers and checkout. refunds In the event that your vertical meters guarantee is not reached because of bad weather that prevents us from flying or because of mechanical breakdown (these are the only two reasons for a refund), we will refund you CAD $134.30/1,000m vertical meters (CAD $42.30/1000ft vertical feet). No refund is given, in whole or in part, for unused days or transportation, resulting from late arrival or early departure. If you should decide not to ski at all one day, for whatever reason, or if you decide to stop skiing early one day and you do not reach your guaranteed vertical footage, there will be no refund. liability waiver Each participant will be required to sign a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement before being allowed to ski or snowboard with us.
