3 The mission of Alpine Ski Club is to provide fun, affordable, hassle-free trips to individuals and groups of all ages! We enjoy helping all our members with customer service above what is expected and providing wonderful experiences that you will always remember This is Alpine Ski Club s 49th year of providing ski and snowboard trips to children and adults from 6 years of age to over 80 years. Thank you for all your wonderful comments, loyalty and friendship throughout the years. We have taken all your ideas from our questions on social media and through our s and worked at putting together trips that we hope will appeal to you for Last year in spite of the less than ideal snowfall, we still had a good season. In addition to providing affordable ski and snowboard trips, we also provide opportunities to make new friends, discover new adventures and enjoy memorable experiences. Our goal is to provide a hassle-free vacation starting from your first call. You ll notice that we ask you to call to book your trips. This way we can get you exactly what you want and personalize your alpine experience. We have aimed to keep the prices down as much as we possibly can while still giving you a fun, first class vacation. 4 Price depends on the number of people in the condo. If the number of people in the condo is reduced, then the price will be higher for the remaining members. Only $5 to join our club We have many other lodging options in addition to what is in the schedule. Please call us concerning other lodging, upgrades or special requests. Singles are welcome on our trips. We will arrange for single occupancy or try to match you with a roommate. Please call the office for further information. ParenT Permission Forms are required for each trip and must be signed by both parent & teen. Young adults (13 17) are allowed to participate on day trips without their parents. For overnight trips, teens must have their own roommates with at least one over 18 years of age. Children must be at least 6 years old to go on a bus trip with their parents. Rates may vary. Membership waivers need to be filled out for each person on the bus. You can it to us prior to your first trip of the season or bring it to the bus. Non-skiers are welcome on our trips. discounts apply if a lift ticket is not needed. Prefer to drive or fly up? Discounted land packages with lift ticket and lodging are available. Reservation and Cancellation Policies on our website at alpineskier.com. SUNRISE - Full payment of trip cost plus seasonal membership fee is due at time of sign-up - Discounts if you don t need a lift ticket. Discounts also for children, youth and seniors - Sign-ups can be made by calling the office from 10 am to 4 pm Mon-Fri or online - Try to sign-up at least 5 days prior to departure. A minimum number of people needed to ensure trip - Bus leaves at 4:30 pm from the first pick-up location. Each trip has two pick-up locations - Check cancellation policy on our website under Policies or call the office at Last Minute Sign-ups allowed if space is available! 10 Reservations can be made by calling Deposit of $100 plus $5 seasonal membership fee must be made for each person in the condo to reserve your trip. Balance is automatically debited one month prior to departure. The lodging cost is based on the number of people registered in the lodging. Accommodations. We have many more lodging options than are listed on our website. We do not have room to list all possibilities. Please call us for information on other options including upgrades or special circumstances. Condos reserved may change. However, replacement condos are either equal or better. Alpine has no control over these changes. Cancellations. Alpine Ski Club reserves the right to cancel a trip due to weather or insufficient number of passengers. Any trip cancelled by Alpine will be fully refundable. A minimum number are needed on the bus in order for a trip to go. Our No Snow policy will be the same as the area and lodging company. This varies with each destination. Please call the office if you want to know the policy for a specific trip. Our staff will be there 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to departure which gives us enough time to load the bus and assign seating. Seating is first come first served. Please arrive at least 45 minutes ahead of time as most of our buses are full and we need to pack luggage according to lodgings to make arrival at our destinations as easy as possible. We will leave as soon as we are loaded and everyone has checked in. * Occasionally departure time and place might change due to unforeseen circumstances. Make sure we have your updated . In addition to the confirmation , you will receive an update with time and place of departure a few days prior to the trip.
