2 Lift Pass Prices and Options Our lift pass prices are identical to those you will find in the resort yourself we do not charge any mark-up for our service but by booking through us, you do not need to queue on your arrival day your pass will be available to you at your accommodation on arrival saving you a lot of time and hassle. Carte Neige insurance is available at a supplement if required 2.70 per adult per day, 2.30 per child per day. Please let us know when you book if you require this insurance as it cannot be added aftewards. La Plagne Covers the local area of La Plagne only 225 km of pistes Days Child (6-13yrs) Adult (14yrs+) Adult (65yrs+) Paradiski Covers the combined resorts of La Plagne and Les Arcs including the connecting link between them the Vanoise Express giving you 425 km of pistes Unlimited Paradiski - unlimited access across the Vanoise Express which links the two resorts and full cover of both areas. 3 Ski School Oxygene Ski School Oxygene Ski School have been established for many years in Plagne Centre and have an excellent repuation for the quality of their lessons with a focus on a fun teaching method. Groups are limited in numbers and the standard of teaching is very high they have won several awards for the Best Children s Ski School of the Year. 6 A basic description of the ski levels is as follows to help you select the right level for your needs: Green Blue Red Black Prestige Kids Blue Kids Red Kids Black Low standard equipment only recommended for real beginners unlikely to progress beyond the nursery slopes Beginners/low intermediate blue runs 0-2 weeks experience Intermediate blue/red runs 3+ weeks experience also suitable for more experienced, but cautious skiers Good Intermediate/Advanced red/black runs 3+ weeks experience and able to ski at speed at turn on all slopes Technically similar to black but the latest top of the range models on offer plus specialist skis Only for children under 7 years of age Children from 7-12 years old beginners/1-2 weeks experience Children from 7-12 years old 2+ weeks experience and snowboards Please note - A ski pack consists of skis, boots and poles and does NOT include a helmet which must be added separately if required. Non-Ski Activities Massage and Spa Centre Vita Plagne Open every day from 09h00 to 12h00 and from 15h00 to 19h30, Vita Plagne is a Health and Beauty Centre and Physiotherapy and Osteopathy clinic. Based in the heart of La Plagne Centre, in La Galerie des Ecrins, just a few feet away from the Grand Rochette Cable Car lift, facilities include a sauna, steam room and hydromassage bubbling bath, and they have a Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Masseurs and Professional Beauticians. Skidoos In the evenings, the pistes and off-piste areas become an exploration area for skidoos motorcycles on tracks designed to race across the snow! More information is available from the local tourist office. Mountains on Foot Mountain Walks There are various marked walks available around the whole resort for those that do not wish to ski. Access to some of the chair lifts and gondolas is available for pedestrians and a pedestrian lift pass is available. The descent can be made by walking or via the chair lift. Snow Shoe Walking Raquettes Guided snow shoe walks are available with a qualified mountain guide from the ski school. Olympic Bobsleigh Follow in the footsteps of the Olympic Bobsleigh team with a descent on the track built for the Albertville 1992 Olympic Games. Situated just below Plagne 1800, the track is open to the public with specially adapated bobs requiring no expert knowledge. BobRaft The raft is a specially adapted vehicle which carries up to 4 people without a driver and has an automatic braking system reaching speeds of up to 80kmph. Children under 15 must be accompanied by their parents - Price: 38 per person - 6

7 TaxiBob This vehicle is comparable to the competition bobsleighs and reaches speeds of up to 100kmph. It carries up to 3 passengers with a professional driver. Adrenaline rush guaranteed! Minimum age 18 years and people with infectious diseases, heart deficiencies, vascular or spinal problems and pregnant women or those who have recently given birth are not permitted - Price: 108 per person MonoBob Luge No professional pilot, no-one else. Just you and the ride of your life! A one man bob luge which reaches speeds of up to 90kmph. Minimum age is 16 years.
