1 Telluride Ski Resort / Epic Pass Alliance FAQs Telluride Ski Resort has entered into a new, long-term season pass alliance with Vail Resorts beginning with the winter season. Telluride Season Pass holders and TSG Club members with full winter benefits will receive 50% off daily lift tickets at all Vail Resorts-owned mountains. Telluride will offer all top-tier Epic Pass holders up to seven days at Telluride. Telluride Ski Resort remains 100% independently owned. Vail Resorts has no ownership interest in TSG. This is strictly a season pass alliance with the Epic Pass. Telluride Season Pass Holder FAQ What is the new benefit for Telluride Season Pass holders? Qualifying Telluride Season Pass holders will receive 50% off the then-current window lift ticket price at all Vail Resorts (VR)-owned resorts. Which of Telluride s pass products are qualified and include this benefit? - All Full Telluride Season Passes (Adult, Child, Junior, Young Adult, Senior, Merchant & Lifetime). - Palmyra Passes (age 80yo+). - Telluride Ski & Golf Club members with full winter benefits (pass-owner only). Which of Telluride s pass products are not qualified and exclude this benefit? All Multi-Day Pass products, including but not limited to, T-Card, 3-Day Pass, 6-Day Pass, 10-Day Pass, and any other DTL card/pass products. TSG Fractional Club members are also excluded. With my T-Card, 3-Day Pass, 6-Day Pass, 10-Day Pass, or Camo Card do I receive any benefits or discounts at any VR-owned mountains? When does this new benefit begin? The new benefit will begin for the winter season (Northern Hemisphere resorts) & winter 2019 season (Perisher). What VR-owned resorts are included with this benefit? This benefit applies at all VR-owned resorts. The list currently includes: 1

2 Colorado: Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone; Utah: Park City; California: Heavenly, Northstar, Kirkwood; Canada: Whistler Blackcomb; Australia: Perisher; Vermont: Stowe, Midwest U.S.: Wilmot, Afton Alps, Mt. Brighton Are any VR resorts excluded from this benefit? VR partner resorts in the U.S. (Arapahoe Basin) and Europe (all partners) are excluded from this benefit. What is the then-current window lift ticket price at a VR-owned resort? VR-owned resorts offer different prices on lift tickets at different mountains based on the time of year. Then-current is the price of a lift ticket for your age category on the day you intend to use the 50% off benefit. Is this benefit transferable? Only the named Telluride Season Pass holder can use this benefit. When will the benefit be available to Telluride Season Pass holders? You will be able to use this benefit during the winter operating season for each VR-owned resort based on each resort s respective opening and closing dates. Can I use the VR-benefit before Telluride Ski Resort opens for the winter? Yes, as long as it is during the winter operating season. Can I use the VR-benefit after Telluride Ski Resort closes for the winter? Yes, as long as it is during the winter operating season. Are there any blackout dates for this new benefit? The benefit is unrestricted and can be used anytime during the winter operating season. Is there a limit to the number of days the TSG pass holder can use this benefit? You may use this benefit for one lift ticket per day with no limit on the number of days you purchase. I am a TSG Platinum member, can a friend use my transferable pass and receive this benefit at a VR-owned resort? This benefit is non-transferable. Only the owner(s) of the Platinum membership can use it to receive the benefit. How do I use this new benefit? Present your valid Telluride Season Pass at any VR-owned resort lift ticket window. VR will validate your season pass is active and issue you an Epic 1-day lift ticket. An additional form of photo ID may be requested. 2

3 Can I go direct-to-lift at a VR-owned resort with my Telluride Season Pass? You must present your Telluride Season Pass at a ticket window where you will be issued an Epic 1- day lift ticket for access. Can I purchase a multi-day lift ticket and receive the 50% off benefit? The 50% off discount is applicable to the then-current price of a 1-day window lift ticket. Can I purchase an Epic 1-day lift ticket online, in advance, and receive the 50% off benefit? The 50% off discount is applicable to the then-current price of a 1-day window lift ticket. The lift ticket must be purchased at the ticket window. Can I purchase a discount lift ticket and give it to my friend? The benefit is non-transferable and may only be used by the named Telluride Season Pass holder. Can I purchase more than one discount lift ticket per day? The benefit is limited to one lift ticket per day per season pass. Epic Pass Holder FAQs Which Epic Pass products include this new Telluride benefit? Only the Epic Pass, Epic 7-Day, Epic 4-Day & Vail Lifetime Passes include this benefit. Which Epic Pass products exclude this new Telluride benefit? All other Epic Pass products, including but not limited to the Epic Local Pass, Epic Value Pass products, and Epic Australia, exclude this benefit. Do excluded Epic Pass products include any benefits or discounts at Telluride? What is the new benefit at Telluride if I own an Epic Pass or a Vail Lifetime pass? Qualifying Epic Pass owners receive up to 7 days of mountain access at Telluride, and 50% off the thencurrent window lift ticket price for additional days. Then-current is the window price of a lift ticket for your age category on the day you intend to use the discounted lift ticket benefit. Are the 7 Telluride days in addition to the 7 days on the Epic 7-Day Pass? Epic 7-Day Pass owners have up to 7 days of use (regardless of where the pass holder uses those days). If you use 7 days at Telluride you have 0 remaining days to use at a VR-owned resort. If you use your 7 days at a VR-owned resort, you have 0 days of use at Telluride and may purchase additional days at 20% off the then-current window lift ticket price. Are the 7 Telluride days in addition to the 4 days on the Epic 4-Day Pass? Epic 4-Day Pass owners have up to 4 days of use (regardless of where the pass holder uses those days). If you use 4 days at Telluride you have zero remaining days to use at VR-owned resorts. If you use your 4 days at a VR-owned resort, you have 0 days of use at Telluride and may purchase additional days at 20% off the then-current window lift ticket price. Does the Epic Pass alliance benefit include any other specific discounts at Telluride, such as lodging, ski school, food & beverage, retail, or summer access? When does the new Epic Pass alliance benefit begin? The new benefit begins for the winter season. Are there any blackout dates to use the Epic Pass alliance benefit at Telluride? The Epic Pass alliance benefit is unrestricted and can be used anytime during the winter operating season. Is there a limit to the number of 50% off or 20% off days I can purchase after using my complimentary days at Telluride? You may use this Epic Pass benefit once per day with no limit to the number of days you purchase. As an Epic Pass owner, can I use the 50% off or 20% off discount to give discount tickets to my friends? The complimentary days and discounted(s) are non-transferable and can only be used by the named Epic Pass owner. If I purchase a qualifying Epic Pass product in the spring, call I use the Telluride benefit that spring? The Telluride benefit is valid during the winter season following the pass purchase. If I purchase a qualifying Epic Pass product in the summer, call I use the Telluride benefit that winter? Yes. The Telluride benefit is valid during the winter season following the pass purchase. As a qualifying Epic Pass owner, how do I use this new benefit? Head straight to the lifts in Telluride and your Epic Pass will scan at the lift. 4

5 I have used my 7 (or 4) days in Telluride and want to ski additional days, can I go straight to the lift? Please visit one of the three season pass office locations: below Gondola Plaza (Mountain Village), base of Lift 8 (Telluride), base of Lift 7 (Telluride). Is my 50% off or 20% off benefit applicable toward multi-day lift ticket rates? The discount lift ticket benefit is applicable to the then-current price of a 1-day window lift ticket. Can I purchase a Telluride lift ticket online, in advance, and receive the 50% off or 20% off benefit? You will need to present your Epic Pass to the ticket scanner to scan the barcode on the media. Can I leave my season pass in my pocket to be scanned? You will need to remove your Epic Pass from your clothing and present it to the ticket scanner to scan the barcode on the media. Do I need to sign another waiver to use my Epic Pass product in Telluride? Telluride is now included as a released party by the VR season pass waiver. Will my experience at Telluride be included in my Epic Mix account? Telluride is not included on Epic Mix. General FAQs What is the relationship between Telluride Ski & Golf (TSG) and Vail Resorts (VR)? TSG and VR are separate companies that have formed an alliance to offer benefits to one-another s season pass owners. Does VR have, or gain, any ownership in TSG through this alliance? TSG remains an independently-owned resort. Vail Resorts has no ownership interest in TSG. Is Telluride still part of the Mountain Collective? Mountain Collective owners will continue to have access to Telluride during the remainder of the ski season. Beginning with the ski season, Telluride will no longer be a part of the Mountain Collective. Will Telluride be part of the Mountain Collective for the ski season?
