Th Provincial Frstyl Tam was rstructurd in bringing it undr th Provincial Dvlopmnt Tam Program to allow th athlts to com from a training nvironmnt. Th Provincial Tam Program now provids th progrssion of frstyl athlts through th Dvlopmnt Tam has cratd a Provincial Frstyl Tam consisting of th highst ranking Stag 3 Stag 4 Provincial Dvlopmnt athlts othr slctd athlts. Policy BC Snowboard attmpts to b fair quitabl in all mannr of businss. This Slction Protocol is cratd to nsur thr is a fair practic of idntifying athlts ligibl for slction to th BC Snowboard Provincial Frstyl Tam, dtrmining which athlts shall b offrd positions on th Tams. Slction Committ Th Slction Committ shall normally b comprisd of th Provincial Frstyl Had Coach, Provincial Dvlopmnt Tam Had Coachs th Excutiv Dirctor. Athlt rankings basd on th slction procss will ordinarily dtrmin th ordr of slction for availabl Tam positions. Th Slction Committ has th right, howvr, to rcommnd athlts for slction in an ordr othr than that indicatd by th rankings, to us th coachs discrtion. Th grounds for any such rcommndations must b st out in dtail, must b in accordanc with th Provincial Tam program objctivs.

Tam Slction Th numbr of athlts slctd for th BC Provincial Dvlopmnt Tams is basd on: a) dtrmination of tam siz for th sason; b) th numbr of athlts who mt th minimum rquirmnts. Athlts slctd for th BC Snowboard Provincial Dvlopmnt Tam MUST confirm his/hr spot within 14 days of bing offrd a position on th Tam. Approval Appal Procss Final dcisions on th slction of athlts to b offrd BC Snowboard Provincial Dvlopmnt Tam positions shall b mad by th Excutiv Dirctor of BC Snowboard, on th basis of rcommndations from th Provincial Tam Coachs. Issus not othrwis addrssd by this Slction Protocol shall b rsolvd by th Excutiv Dirctor of BC Snowboard, in consultation with th Provincial Tam Coachs. Any dcision of rlating to th slction or opration of th BC Snowboard Provincial Dvlopmnt Tam may b appald by any mmbr of BC Snowboard Association who is matrially affctd by that dcision, who is a mmbr in good sting.
