Race day is Friday, April 19th & Saturday, April 20th, and we couldn t be more excited! We ve put together some Inflatable Info to help you through Packet Pickup and Race Day so you can enjoy a safe and bouncy time! Please take a moment to go through this information. Thank you! 2 We ll be holding Packet Pickup the day before the race on Friday, April 19th. Those who come to Packet Pickup will receive a $5 merchandise credit to use on our TGIR swag. If you cannot attend Packet Pickup, you can still pick up your race packet 30 minutes prior to your wave time on Race Day. We encourage everyone to come to Packet Pickup in order to avoid long lines on Race Day. When: April 19th from 1 PM to 7 PM Where: Orangetheory Fitness Virginia Beach 2111 Princess Anne Rd. #106 Virginia Beach, VA What you should bring: Your race ticket with the QR code. (You can print your ticket or show it on your mobile device.) Extra cash or your credit card to buy some epic TGIR gear! If you re picking up race packets for your friends, either bring their race tickets or a signed permission slip (found at the end of this Inflatable Info) saying that you can pick up their packets. Your race packet includes: When you sign up for The Great Inflatable Race, you will receive a race T-shirt, wristband, temporary tattoo and race medal! *Race medals are handed out at the finish line on Race Day. **Colors, sizes, and what s included may vary depending on inventory.

Friday Race day Schedule: 5:00 PM - Onsite packet pick-up opens 5:30 PM - Runners begin to arrive 6:30 PM - First wave starts 7:00 PM - Final wave starts 8:00 PM - Finish Time Where: Virginia Beach Sportsplex 2044 Landstown Centre Way Virginia Beach, VA 2345 WAVES: 6:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. saturday Race day Schedule: 7:30 AM - Race Day Packet Pickup opens 8:00 AM - Runners begin to arrive 8:30 AM - First wave starts 11:30 AM - Final wave of runners starts 12:30 PM - Finish Time Where: Virginia Beach Sportsplex 2044 Landstown Centre Way Virginia Beach, VA 2345 WAVES: 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. *Runners are sent every half hour at assigned wave times. Wave times can be found on your ticket confirmation underneath the QR code. 4 DIRECTIONS Virginia Beach, VA is going to be home to more bouncy fun than you can handle! For directions, visit Google Maps or MapQuest and type in the below address: 2044 Landstown Centre Way, Virginia Beach, VA PARKING Parking will be available at Virginia Beach Sportsplex. Parking for this event will be $5 at packet pick-up or $10 day of event. We encourage you to carpool or take public transportation where possible. Please be courteous to others, and watch for pedestrians in the parking lot and other areas.

5 We have a few requests below that will help you have a great time and enjoy a safe event. Please review the rules with your friends before the event! Arrival: Please show up minutes before your scheduled wave to ensure you can find parking and make your way to the start/finish area. Shoes: Cleats, pointy shoes, and shoes with a lot of grip/edges ARE NOT PERMITTED. If you are seen wearing these types of shoes you will be asked to leave (without a refund) or to remove your shoes. wave time Wristbands: Each participant will receive a wristband with your wave time printed on it. You MUST WEAR YOUR WAVE TIME WRISTBAND in order to participate in the race. Dress Up: We highly encourage wearing costumes, matching T -shirts, tutus, mohawks, wigs, etc., because it never hurts to spice things up a bit. Waves: Each wave is designed to go quickly and smoothly, but how quickly a participant will complete the course may vary. Please be patient if you do not immediately start at your designated wave time. We promise everyone will get a turn.

6 Water: There will be a water station roughly half way through the course and at the end of the race. If you require additional water prior to crossing the finish line, we ask that you bring your own water. Avoid colorful language. Remember, this is a family-friendly event. No alcohol is allowed at The Great Inflatable Race. Strollers are welcome, but please start at the back of your assigned wave group. Walkers on the right, runners on the left. Follow directions provided by security, medical staff, race officials and volunteers. Kids MUST be accompanied by their parents at all times. Throw away your own trash; please do not litter! Race Cancellation/Refunds: A kind reminder that there are no refunds under any circumstances for this event. The Great Inflatable Race is typically a rain or shine event. Lightning, heavy rain, or high winds are a couple examples of weather conditions that may result in cancellation or delay of the event. Please come prepared for weather. RACE DAY DISCLAIMER: If the race is cancelled due to weather conditions and/or an act of God, or a participant is not able to participate the day of the event, we regret there will be NO REFUNDS. 7 The Inflatable Store will be set up, and we ll have all kinds of fun gear, gadgets, and gizmos. Bounce on over and see us to add a little extra fun to your day. Cash or credit for gear purchases. No checks please. limited edition Capes: We have an assortment of capes that will be available for purchase! They will help you fly through the course! Tutus Did you know tutus make you run faster? It s true! They re very stylish, and they ll help you brag about your inflatable glory! dino costumes Everyone needs to look cool while running through giant inflatables! Pick up a dino costume, and be the coolest T-Rex around. Socks Who doesn t love an awesome pair of crazy socks? Once you put our socks on, you will be beaming with happiness In fact, you ll be so happy even your toes will be bouncing! You re welcome.

8 Our Inflatable Village contains additional inflatable fun for you and your family. These inflatables are separate from the 8-10 inflatable obstacles along the race course. The Inflatable Village has something for everyone! You can test your skills on our Big baller, sticky wall, box with your friends, and run through our aquariumthemed bouncy house! Everyone can come into our Inflatable Village to check out our vendor booths and visit with our charity partners.
