The meeting opened at 7:20pm. 1. Apologies Sean Fenton, Peter Siles, Craig Millard, Marc Flior, Sarah Husselmann. 2. Confirmation of minutes The minutes of the March meeting were agreed to be a true and accurate record. 3. Regrading of U8-U11 divisions The meeting reviewed the proposed regradings, and made some amendments. Moray asked all clubs to put emphasis on getting results in it s the only way to ensure that we get our ability matching done correctly.

Planning for the U6 and U7 gala days The draws for both gala days were circulated and discussed. Waverley added a team to the U7 gala day to fill a gap, and Maccabi reported that they would have to withdraw three U6 teams. Aaron noted that he would have to redraw the U6 gala day. All clubs were asked to let us know by Thursday at noon if a team can t make it to the gala day on Saturday. Ron suggested that we try to forward plan to provide ribbons for future gala days. Next gala days: U6 at Maroubra; U7 at Waverley world cup theme. Kick off will be at 12pm to allow for people to watch the Socceroos game that morning. The meeting noted that we should invite Pagewood sides to attend. 5. Other business Andrew Morris raised the idea that clubs should be working together and in conjunction with ESFA s development programs to provide the best possible development environment for players. Ian noted that ESFA is

6 raising its game with coaching courses being provided, and there was general discussion about raising the level of coaching and development. With no further business to attend to, the meeting closed at 8:35pm.
