17 Unit LG09a - Fitness requirements for a Surf Lifeguard Assessment Criteria Candidate Names Learning Outcome 1.X Demonstrate the fitness requirements needed to become a Surf Lifeguard # Definition Example Evidence 1.1 Demonstrate a 400m pool swim in a time no more than 7 minutes and 30 seconds.
