Thank you to all those that have contributed during the year with your stories, pics and articles. I can t do this without you well I can, but it would make pretty boring reading!!! I hope you all get to spend time with your family and loved ones during the holiday season and are able to re-charge the batteries with some R&R. Take a little bit of time each day to think about what you are thankful for... Wishing you a very Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year. Cheers Jenny Page 2

Presidents Report Congratulations to everyone who helped with the winch challenge, no matter what part you played, a big thumb s up from all the competitors and organisers, you guys did great.

A plan was put in place just in case, but it never happened. Again; a big shout out to everyone who helped no matter how, it all helps.

Of course, our chosen sport could not happen at all anywhere if it were not for the property owners so a special shout out to Mike Inns and the Ward family.

Property s used were second to none. The weather looked like it was going to muddy the waters (so to speak) and we were all a little nervous of that. A plan was put in place just in case, but it never happened. Again; a big shout out to everyone who helped no matter how, it all helps. Sponsors that helped included Cookes, NZ4WD magazine, Goosey s 4X4 Pukekohe, 4WD Bits, ARB Papakura. Of course, our chosen sport could not happen at all anywhere if it were not for the property owners so a special shout out to Mike Inns and the Ward family. Christmas just around the corner, quite a few of you will be going away, some on the club trip to the South Island. Make sure you take plenty of snaps for the magazine and send your stories to the editor. Remember, if you can't stay out of trouble, at least stay safe. Keep an eye on your e mail and the FB page for any trips coming up during December, January, and early February. DON T Forget this is the last meeting before Christmas, there is no meeting in January. Like I said above, NO meeting in January, don't be the dickhead who gets the award in Feb for turning up to a none meeting, these things have a habit of making it to our attention, don t do it. I did not do well in a night stage due to a lack of carrot consumption. This weekend we had the kids xmas party and we had more big kids than small kids but again well done by everyone.
