2 Audrey Ann b. meloche Magdalen Islands is her sweet spot, Audrey Ann B. Meloche is a globe-trotter, yet Yoga is the passion of her life. She finds peace in summer on the Islands & loves to enjoy freedom in Whistler during winter time. Already 10 years ago, her passion for yoga led her to a 6-month journey to India to study Praga Yoga at DSVV University. She followed the teachings of Kundalini Yoga at Equilibrium Level 1 & Level 2 in Montreal. In addition, Audrey Ann has three years of experience as a substitute teacher in physical education in primary & high schools in Montreal. She has taught yoga & meditation classes at UQAM & the University of Regina. Her yoga techniques are diversified according to her many travels & adapted to the needs of the client. Following her certificate in project management at HEC Montréal, Audrey Ann decided to create yoga retreats in the Magdalen Islands. Inspired by the expansion of the flower of life, symbol of the sacred geometry, she has created three retreats: Seed of Life, Bloom & Harvest to take the time to enjoy the Islands. Audrey Ann B. Meloche has also been a Massage Therapist for 8 years, having worked at the Bota Bota Spa on the water, at the Ritz Carlton in Montreal, at Whistler Château Fairmont & the Scandinave Spa Whistler.
