Entry Fee: 4.00 per event. Competitors may only enter a total of Eight Scoring Events and no more than 2 Freestyle events. Non Point Scoring Events 400m, 800m & 1500M Mixed Freestyle Events: 6.00 (No entry restriction on Distance Events) 25 m Sprint Challenge: 4.00 (for all 4 sprint events) Closing date for entries: 6 th September 2013 Late entries accepted at the discretion of the promoter Results available on

2 Information / Conditions. The length of the pool is 25m 8 lanes with anti-turbulence lane ropes and electronic timing. Good spectator viewing area No Cafeteria available in the Pool but vending machines are available. Llandudno Town Centre approximately 3 minute s walk from pool. The Small pool is available for warm-up and swim downs from a.m. Ages as at the 31/12/12 except S age group who should have reach the age of 18 on or before the date of competition. S - Senior Age Group The Age Groups are as follows: A B C D E F G 25/29 30/34 35/39 40/44 45/49 50/54 55/59 H J K L M N O 60/64 65/69 70/74 75/79 80/84 85/ Relay Age Groups: yrs, yrs, yrs, yrs. All swimmers to be registered with their National Governing Body (for insurance purposes). Registration opens at 08.00a.m. Medals will be presented at the pool in between the 25m Challenge and the 800m Freestyle All individual events are seeded on time regardless of age. Races will be HDW. Points will be awarded to the first six swimmers in each age group in each point scoring event (6,5,4,3,2,1). Events which count towards points are highlighted on the schedule of events. Swimmers may only enter 2 of the 3 freestyle point scoring events (50m, 100m, 200m). 400m, 800m, 1500m Mixed Freestyle, sprint events will not score points. No entry restriction on these events. Individual medals will be awarded to the first three swimmers of each age group. In the event of a tie, the swimmers with the most first places will be awarded first place. Medals will be presented at the pool in between the 25m Challenge and the 800m Freestyle There will be a trophy awarded to the top visiting club. Only points from individual events (except for S age group) will count Top Team Trophy. A swimmer may complete for One Club Only. The 25 Sprint Challenge will consist of 4 events (25m of each stroke: fly, backstroke, breaststroke, freestyle). Swimmers have to enter all 4 events to be eligible for the 25 Sprint Challenge prizes. The competition will be swum as a cardless event, therefore swimmers are asked to notify the organisers before the day of the event if possible if they wish to withdraw. All entries accepted on a first come first serve basis & restrictions on numbers will be applied if required. Late entries accepted at the discretion of the promoter. All entries must be on the official entry form and filled out in full, photocopies of the form are acceptable. Closing date for entries is the 6 th September 2013 It is the responsibility of the competitor to declare any disability to the referee. If a disability exists, swimmers shall produce a medical note confirming that their participation presents no health or safety problems. Health and Insurance are the responsibility of the competitor. Any matters not covered in these conditions shall be decided by the promoters. All Health and Safety rules / regulations/ requirements will be complied with at all times. A full risk assessment will be carried out in accordance with the Swim Wales Meet License Report Pack in co-operation with the Pool Operator A copy of the Pool Operating Procedures and / or the Normal Operating Procedures & Emergency Action Plan for the pool is available at all times. All swimmers, officials, volunteers, spectators, and visitors are required, at all times, to abide by the rules set out in the Pool Operating Procedures and / or the Normal Operating Procedures & Emergency Action Plan. Unacceptable Behaviour Theft, wilful damage to property and / or equipment, acts of vandalism, abuse of alcohol and / or drugs, bullying, offensive language, aggressive / violent acts, threatening behaviour, all breaches of safety practices, failure to comply with instructions / directions, actions that bring the sport of swimming into disrepute will not be tolerated and will be reported to appropriate authorities.
