1 Haverhill Golf & Country Club Pool The Haverhill Country Club Pool and Recreational Area continues to be the best-kept secret in the Merrimack Valley. Our aquatic facilities include a six-lane, 25-yard main pool with diving board and starting blocks and an attached shallow end with wide, easy-entry steps and plenty of room for swim lessons and water play. We also have a separate wading pool for children ages 5 and younger. We offer calm and relaxing lounge areas in both the shade and the sun. Crystal clear water and cabana areas are always clean and well-maintained. Our recreation facilities allow for tennis, whiffle ball, basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, a small playground for your children and much more. Our goal is to provide a great atmosphere for you and your family, ensuring a truly enjoyable summer. Swim Team We will be following USA Swimming guidelines and staffing with a USA Swimming Registered Coach. We are pleased to have Erin Cammann, the coach of Merrimack College Women s Swim Team, returning as our head coach. Full registration forms and swim team information will become available soon and will be posted on our website for easy access. Swim team is $80/child for the season and $50 for each additional child in the family. Swim Lessons Swimming Lessons will run in two-week intervals. Each lesson will be limited in size depending on the level of swimmers in the class. Beginning lessons will have no more than 6 swimmers per instructor, and advanced lessons will have no more than 8 swimmers per instructor. Lessons will be taught in 30-minute sessions between 9 and 11 am, Monday through Thursday or after 4 pm Monday through Thursday. Fridays will be used to make up lessons cancelled due to the weather. More details about swim lesson information and registration will be posted on our website in April. Swim lessons are$40/child/2 week session Golf Pool members may play once a month during the pool season. Play is limited to those times available at the discretion of the Pro Shop. Reservations must be made. Dress code will be enforced. Junior golf sessions will be available for kids ages 6 and up in July and August. Information will be ed to all members in May and June. Dining Along with a full service snack bar at the pool facility we also offer our pool members additional areas to dine. Please join us for some of Chef Travis Brown s fine cuisine and summer fun at our Deck Nights, located on the second floor of the clubhouse. A deck night schedule will be available at the beginning of the season. If you are looking for a more formal dining experience, visit our dining room on the main floor of the clubhouse on Wednesdays, Fridays, & Saturdays starting at 5:00 pm. The 19th Hole is also open for breakfast Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm. Proper dress and reservations are required. Pool members are also invited to our member s only events year-round. The Easter Bunny will visit HCC in April as well as Santa in December so as time gets closer do not hesitate to make your reservations for these special events. Hours The pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day every day from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.

2 Billing All pool members will hold an account at the club. All pool members must keep a credit card on file. Charges incurred at the pool each month (snack bar charges, swim lessons, etc.) will automatically be processed on your credit card on the 15th of the month for the prior month. You must fill out the attached authorization form with your credit card number even if you are paying in full. All members will receive a statement of charges each month. The 10 month payment plan began in November and ends in August. To enroll in the plan, you must catch up on the payments that you have missed thus far. You may use direct bank withdrawal (ACH) or a credit card (using this method you will be assessed a $5/month fee). The authorization form is included at the end of this packet.

If not signing up for the payment plan, all seasonal pool members must still have a credit card on file with the office. This form must be returned with the completed application and credit card authorization. Applications with missing paperwork will not be processed. *All returning pool members must also refill out the credit card authorization form for Option 1: Pay in Full for Payment in full of 2018 dues must be received with application. -Your spot will not be reserved for 2018 until payment is received in full. -Payable by cash, personal check or credit card. Option 2: The 10 Month Payment Plan for 2018 Dues -Payment Plan runs from November 2017 to August Members signing up for the plan must return the authorization form along with a check for $270 in joining in February ($90 payments from November to January) and the $90 deductions will start on 2/28 or a check for $360 if joining in March ($90 payments from November to February) and the $90 deductions will begin on 3/31. -Must be by direct withdrawal from a checking or savings account or by credit card only. The office will not accept a personal check or cash. (See the authorization form). ($5/month additional fee for credit card payments). -Payments will all be processed at the end of each month by the office. -There will be a $10 fee for accounts or cards with unavailable funds.
