The competition course has not been certified in accordance with C(4). Balcony seating for 320. All events will start at the starting end, including 8 & under events. The 2 nd and 4 th swimmers in 100 yard relays will start in the water from the non-starting block end Colorado electronic timing system with touch pads and manual back-up buttons and horn start. Each lane will have two (2) timers with electronic stopwatches. Official 2017 Short Course USA-S Rules prevail at this meet. Age is as of October 7 th, 2017 Saturday and Sunday AM: 8:00-9:00am

2 Saturday and Sunday PM: TBD (but not before 10:45am) Warm-ups will be 60 minutes in length for both morning and afternoon sessions. Warm-up lane assignments with times will be ed to participating teams. Feet first, three-point entries from both ends of the pool will be enforced during warm-ups. Seeding: Entries & Eligibility: Deck Entries: This is a pre-seeded meet. It is the swimmer s responsibility to be at the blocks at the start of his/her events. Staging assistance will be provided for the morning sessions. Individuals may enter 4 individual events per day plus ONE relay. A team may enter an unlimited number of relays in any relay event. The meet is open to registered and non-registered swimmers. USA-S ID Numbers are entered in the meet only for those swimmers who are USA Swimming members. This is an early meet, so please make sure your USA memberships are up-to-date if applicable. Swimmers with special needs should be noted on your entry form. Your coach is also responsible for notifying the head official during warm-ups of any special needs of your swimmers. Deck registrations will be accepted. Deck entries may be accepted to fill open lanes in existing heats only at $5.00 per Individual event and $15.00 per relay, plus $3.00 Splash Fee if necessary. Entry Deadline: Entries must be received by the Entry Chair by Thursday, Sept 28, 2017 via a Hy-tek file thru to klwynns@gmail.com No phone entries will be accepted. A hard copy must be sent either by mail or so all entries can be double checked. Entry Fees: Admissions: $4.00 per individual event, $12.00 per Relay. A copy of the meet s results will be sent to each team. A meet back-up and results will be posted on the Wisconsin swimming website A variety of food items and drinks will be available at the meet. All coaches are responsible for the conduct of their swimmers and will see that their club has proper supervision at all times. Meet Marshals with the concurrence of the Meet Director or Meet Referee have the authority to remove any swimmer and/or spectator from the meet for any violation such as improper behavior, damage to property, etc. No smoking on the premises. Please encourage your parents and swimmers to clean up after themselves. Any swimmer entered in the meet, unaccompanied by a USA Swimming member coach, must be certified by a USA Swimming member coach as being proficient in performing a racing start or must start each race from within the water. It is the responsibility of the swimmer or the swimmer s legal guardian to ensure compliance with this requirement. Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is not permitted in changing areas, rest rooms or locker rooms. Except where venue facilities require otherwise, changing into or out of swimsuits other than in locker rooms or other designated areas is prohibited. Operation of a drone, or any other flying apparatus, is prohibited over the venue (pools, athlete/coach areas, spectator areas and open ceiling locker rooms) any time athletes, coaches, officials and/or spectators are present. Only Coaches, swimmers, officials, and meet workers are allowed on the pool deck. Spectators are not allowed on the pool deck.
