Overseas swimmers should be registered with the Swimming Federation or National Governing Body with which their club is affiliated. Hamilton Aquatics reserve the right to reject entries if either of these stipulations are not adhered to. 3 Entry Conditions: Hamilton Aquatics swimmers whose 50m times are faster than the qualifying times can enter the corresponding 100m event without any entry time or if their 100m time is slower than the 100m qualifying time. Hamilton Aquatics swimmers with all (4) 50m times faster than the qualifying times can enter the 100m individual medley event without any entry time or if their 100m individual medley time is slower than the 100m individual medley qualifying time. Hamilton Aquatics swimmers whose 100m times are faster than the qualifying times can enter the corresponding 200m event without any entry time or if their 200m time is slower than the 200m qualifying time. Hamilton Aquatics Development Pathway Swimmers will be guaranteed entry if they have achieved the consideration times. Hamilton Aquatics Potential Squads will be able to enter the Hamilton Aquatics Development Series without an entry time. Swimmers are guaranteed entry if their entry time is faster than the advertised qualifying times. Swimmers will be considered for entry if their entry time is faster than the advertised consideration times. In the event of oversubscription, the slowest swimmers in each event will be rejected. The Hamilton Aquatics Club Squad (HACG) Events can only be entered by Hamilton Aquatics Club Squad Swimmers. Multi Disability Events can only be entered by athletes that are registered disabled. Only disabilities that meet IPC Swimming Classification criteria will be recognised for these events.

4 Payments: A single payment covering all entries should be made by each entering club or individual. Payments must be the exact amount and can either be paid via cheque or cash. Payments should be made in full at the admissions desk on arrival for the first full day of the meet. Entries will not be accepted without the correct payment. Coach passes: (Inclusive of VAT) AED 50 for the day including 1 full set of start sheets. One FREE coach pass will be issued for every 30 swimmers in line with internationally recognised coach to swimmer ratios. If you require more coach passes, please competitions@hamiltonaquatics.ae. Please note coach passes will only be issued on production of a valid UAE swimming federation membership or a valid police check and proof of local Swimming Federation membership or similar. Any coach pass purchased on the day will be subject to an additional AED 25 administration fee. Warm Ups: Warm ups will be as follows: Session 1 (Morning) Girls Boys Session 2 (Afternoon) Girls Boys Spectators: (Inclusive of VAT) Refreshments: Meet Mobile: AED 30 per session AED 50 per day Children under 12 years are free Refreshments will be available throughout the weekend The Meet Mobile app is free to download from the Apple App Store (iphone Apps) and Google Play and will allow access to heat sheets and results throughout the weekend. Please note that this is not a free app. Live Results: Live results are available on the Hamilton Aquatics website at Results will be updated at the end of each event. Results can be accessed via your mobile phone or tablet using mobile data. Hamilton Aquatics will not provide public Wi-Fi access.
