CanCeLLation: If an activity is cancelled by Leisure and Community Services, those who have already registered will receive a full refund. PaYMent: ONLINE: MasterCard or Visa ON-SITE: Cash, Interac or credit card (day only) or cheque payable to Ville de Deux-Montagnes. *NO POSTDATED CHEQUES * (except for day camp) For any registration cancellations, a request should be directed IN WRITING within the first two weeks of the activity to 200, Henri Dunant Street, Deux-Montagnes, J7R 4W6 or by loisirs@ville.deux-montagnes.qc.ca For day camp and its day care, the request must be received two weeks before the start of the week for which a refund is requested. Outings are non-refundable unless a medical certificate is provided. A fee of $10 per child, per request will be charged. For swimming lessons during the intensive summer session, the written request must be received before the end of the first week of activities In all cases, a fee of ten dollars ($10) per person, per course, will be charged to cover administrative costs, in addition to any used portion of the course. Late PaYMent Fee (day camp): A late payment fee of $25 per child will be charged for day camp registration done after the announced registration period. A $25 fee will be charged for any returned cheque. LanGuaGes: All activities are held in French, but some instructors may speak English. schedule: The schedule of activities is subject to change if there are not enough participants and/or if activities are cancelled. If a course must be cancelled during the session, it will be resumed at a later date. No refunds will be issued for these deferred courses DisCounts (for Deux-Montagnes residents): For Deux-Montagnes residents only, a 25% discount is granted for the second child and each additional child of the same family registered in the same discipline. The highest fee will apply to the oldest child. Discounts do not apply to lifesaving lessons, the tennis league and daycamp outings/childcare.
