3 Recreational Swimming The first Recreational Swim is FREE on the first Saturday of the month at, Norpoint, and s! Children age 7 and younger, and those older, who cannot meet the height requirement (42 inches), must be within an arm s length of an adult at all times while in the facility. Adults must accompany these children in the water. From our seasonal Ducklings program to year round age groups, each level is carefully designed to improve proper technique, swim efficiency, with the ultimate goal of reaching each athlete s highest potential. Our practice schedule offers multiple weekly opportunities and registration is either monthly or quarterly, giving your swimmer the flexibility to meet busy activity schedule needs.
