If it is necessary to cancel events, entry fees will not be refunded. Facility: 50 meter heated outdoor pool with six 9 wide lanes, non-turbulent lane dividers, 12 starting depth and 3 depth at the shallow end. Blocks are 29.5 high. The competition course has not been certified in accordance with USA Swimming s Rule C(4). Age Division: All events will be swam as Open, Mixed events but will be scored by gender and age group separately. Entry Fees: Fee $2.00/individual event, $10.00 Facility Fee, $3.00 Splash Warm-ups: Warm-ups from 4:45-5:30pm. Meet starts at 5:35pm. General warm up/circle swimming will be in all lanes. Sit and slide or 3 point entry will be enforced during warm ups. Sprint/starts will be at the discretion of the coach running warm ups in each lane. Seeding: This is a pre-seeded meet. It is the responsibility of the swimmer to be at the blocks at the start of his/her event.

2 Entries: Individuals may enter 3 individual events. Ages are as of July 7 th, Swimmers with special needs should be noted on your entry form. Your coach is responsible for notifying the head official during warm-ups of any special needs of your swimmers. Deck registrations will be allowed at the discretion of the Meet Director and only to fill empty lanes in an event. Deck entries must be accompanied by a cash payment of $2.00/ individual event. Deck Access: USA Swimming membership and/or YMCA Coach Certification is required for deck access. Coaches and Officials should display their USA Swimming card when on the pool deck. Admission Fee: Admission to the meet is free. Heat Sheets will be available for purchase of $1.00 Lost and Found: During the meet, please check the lost and found area at the guard office. Athlete and Parent Conduct: Please follow the athlete and parent conduct guidelines below. All clubs will be responsible for the conduct of their own swimmers. Anyone not following these rules may be subject to removal from the meet and facility. The Meet Director has the authority to disqualify swimmers found misbehaving. Only coaches, swimmers, officials and host meet workers are allowed on the East, North and South sides of the pool deck. Coaches must display USA or YMCA credentials at all times while on deck. In accordance with the Federal Video Voyeurism Prevention Act of 2004 the use of camera phones or video recording devices is prohibited in changing areas, restrooms and locker rooms. Teams are asked to pick up any garbage in their immediate team area after each session. By order of the City of Fond du Lac, no tents, chairs or shade structures will be allowed in the park overnight. If these items are left, they will be removed and disposed of. No parking on any grassy areas or in the emergency access exit. Except where venue facilities require otherwise, changing into or out of swimsuits other than in locker rooms or other designated areas is not appropriate and is STRICTLY prohibited.

3 The use of drones in, near or over the pool area is strictly prohibited unless prior approval is granted by the Director of USA Swimming. Eligibility: USA and/or YMCA swimmers are welcome to participate (YMCA swimmers are not required to be USA registered). USA swimmers must have current 2017 USA registration number on entry form. Swimmer s age as of July 7th, 2017 shall determine age group. Timing System: All events will be timed finals. Colorado timing system (pads at both ends) and HyTEK software will be used in addition to manual stopwatches using two timers per lane. Rules: USA Swimming and Wisconsin long course rules prevail for the meet. Fly over starts will be used. Entry Deadline: Entries should be submitted by a zip file via to entry chair, Kelly Wynns, klwynns@gmail.com by Thursday, June 29 th, Phone entries will not be accepted. Awards: 14 & Under ribbons will be awarded 1 st -12 th place. There will be NO senior ribbons awarded. Awards will be bagged and sent home with the team coach at the end of the meet.
