2 Welcome to Beau Monde VIP Leisure Club The V.I.P club is a limited & exclusive membership club to allow individuals to access the Beau Monde 5 star Leisure Complex. The Facility is exclusive to Stablewood Coastal Cottages guests, Spa day guests & members of the V.I.P club. In order to maximise the experience of our guests we use a booking system to ensure the numbers in the facility at anytime is managed How to Apply Send an to VIPclub@stablewoodleisure.com and request an application form or alternatively form are available at the Beau monde leisure reception point. Once your application is received and processed you will be notified if you have been successful, or if not you will be added to the waiting list.

3 RULES & NOTES OF GUIDANCE SWIMMING POOL, SAUNA AND STEAM ROOM We have the following Packages Available: Standard Open Membership Members pay a quarterly fee of 20 to gain access to the Stablewood Coastal Cottages pricelist. Standard open members are allowed to bring 5 guests per quarter charged at the guest price below. Leisure Pass Swimming Pass A 3 hour pass that allows access to the Swimming Pool Jacuzzi Steam Room & Sauna Fitness Suite Games Room A 1 hour pass that allows access to the Swimming Pool Jacuzzi Steam Room & Sauna 16 per member A 1 hour pass that allows access to the Fitness Suite 8 per member 8 per member Monthly Membership Gold 20 per guest 8 per child Fitness Suite 10 per Guest 8 per Guest. 5 per child n/a Members pay a one off joining fee of 15 per person, monthly charged is based on a minimum term of 12 months Bronze Silver Entitles members to 3 sessions a week Monday to Friday. All guests must report to the Leisure reception point on arrival and sign in. On leaving the premises, guests must sign out. 2. Guests may be asked to give their name, the lead booking name and name of their accommodation to a member of staff. 3. Only recognised swimwear may be worn in the Pool Hall and its facilities, shoes are not permitted including pool shoes. 4. Personal belongings should be placed in the lockers provided in the changing room. Please note - Valuables are left at your own risk; Stablewood Leisure do not accept any responsibility whatsoever. 5. The Swimming Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Jacuzzi are open to our guests during the days and times as advertised, with adult only sessions at the specified times. 6. Under 16 s not allowed in the Sauna or Steam room. 7. The facilities may be unavailable at times, for cleaning and other essential tasks at the sole discretion of Stablewood Leisure 8. Do not enter the Pool Hall until the opening time. This is to give time for water testing/treatment and other essential tasks. 9. The Leisure club facility closes at 8.00pm, all guests must vacate the leisure facilities at this time. The building closes at 8.15pm. This allows guests to use the showers and changing rooms before the building closes. 10. Individuals who are competent swimmers can use the pool unaccompanied. 11. Children aged 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult swimmer (2:1 ratio max). The adult must be in swimwear and remain in the Pool Hall for the duration of their swim. They must not use the Sauna, Steam room or Jacuzzi whilst the child is in the pool. 12. To maintain our high standards of water quality, please shower before using the Pool, Sauna, Steam Room or Jacuzzi and re-shower if returning to the Pool after using any other Pool Hall facilities. 13. Diving, jumping or throwing is not allowed, nor is the use of inflatables, balls, flippers or snorkels. Small inflatable rings are allowed as a flotation aid only. 14. Our staff will stop any activities or behaviours which are considered to be inappropriate or dangerous to the individuals involved or other guests, and this may result in the termination of your pass 15. Shampoo, soap, fragrance oils or body lotions are not permitted except in the changing rooms. 16. Sauna and Steam Room users must not use any scented oils or similar. 17. No glass or breakable containers are permitted anywhere in the Pool Hall.

4 FITNESS SUITE 1. All guests must report to the Leisure reception point on arrival and sign in. On leaving the premises, guests must sign out. 2. Guests may be asked to give their name, the lead booking name and name of accommodation to a member of staff. 3. The Leisure club facility closes at 8.00pm, all guests must vacate the leisure facilities at this time. The building closes at 8.15pm. This allows guests to use the showers and changing rooms before the building closes. 4. Persons aged 13 and over can use the Fitness Suite facilities subject to 5 & 6 below. 5. It is mandatory that all Fitness Suite users know how to operate the equipment competently and safely, and read and understand the user instructions before operating the equipment. If in doubt, DO NOT USE 6. It is the guest s sole responsibility to ensure they do not injure themselves or other users. Stablewood Leisure accepts no responsibility whatsoever 7. Only gym wear and clean non marking shoes are permitted in the Fitness Suite, no outdoor shoes allowed. 8. Personal belongings should be placed in the lockers provided in the changing room. 9. Please note - Valuables are left at your own risk; Stablewood Leisure do not accept any responsibility whatsoever. 10. A member of staff will stop any activities or behaviours which are considered to be inappropriate or dangerous to the individuals involved or other facility users, and this may result in the termination of your pass. 11. Please be courteous to other facility users and avoid spending long periods of time on one piece of equipment during busy times. 12. It is recommended that you bring a small towel with you to sit on whilst using the equipment and it would be appreciated if you could wipe the equipment after use, using your towel or other cleaning products provided 13. No food, glass or breakable containers are permitted anywhere in the Fitness Suite. 14. Guests must not adjust the TV or any of its setting, please see a member of staff. The Management reserves the right to ask individuals to leave the premises and/or terminate their Leisure passes, with or without refund of fees, if the rules and safety are not adhered to. Your co-operation and assistance in following the above is appreciated to ensure good standards are maintained for the benefit of all Fitness Suite users. Beau Monde Leisure VIP Club Protocol Booking Your Leisure, Fitness or Adult Only Swim Pass To benefit from the VIP Club discounted rates your membership fees must be up to date. VIP Club members can book their sessions up to 7 days in advance direct with Beau Monde. Session slots are allocated on a first come first served basis, subject to availabilty, so early booking is recommended. Guests can hire luxury quality 600gsm cotton towels at 2 each, Bathrobes are also available to hire at 5 each, subject to availabilty. Alternatively, you can bring your own towel suitable for use in the spa. 3.1 From 7 days before you wish to visit, you can book your indiviual session slots with Beau Monde :By Telephone - Monday to Sunday between 10.00am and 3.00pm by calling In Person - at the Beau Monde leisure reception Monday to Sunday 10.00am till noon. Booking You Leisure Session Change/Cancellation Policy 4.1 Bookings can be changed or cancelled 2 days in advance without penalty subject to availablity. 4.2 Bookings changed within 2 days strictly subject to availability only. 4.3 No shows forfeit your pass, with no refund. Capacity 5.1 In order to maximise guest experience and comfort, we do limit numbers. Membership 6.1 Members can cancel their membership at any time. 6.2 Membership fees are non refundable. 6.3 The membership list is reviewed every 3 months. 6.4 Members are reasonably expected to purchase and use leisure passes a minimum of 6 times each quarter to continue to benefit from the reduced rates 6.5 Members not doing so can have their membership renewal declined.
