7 SECTION 2 DETAILED INFORMATION PARTICIPANT SPECIFIC 5. MEETINGS TECHNICAL MEETING Date: Wednesday, February 21 Time: 13:00 Location: Athletic Centre Room: 304 COACHES MEETING Will start immediately following the technical meeting. 6. MEDIA 6.1 MEDIA AVAILABILITY Date: Wednesday, February 21 Time: 11:30 Location: Varsity Pool 6.2 MEDIA ACCREDITATION: Contact Jill Clark, jill.clark@utoronto.ca, for any media accreditation needs. 7. CHAMPIONSHIP HOTEL U SPORTS policy : All participating teams and team personnel attending a U Sports Championship requiring accommodation must stay at the U Sports Championship designated host hotel.

ENTRIES, TEAM REGISTRATION AND ACCREDITATION Entries must be submitted through the SNC online entries system at Meet management will not accept entries via . Online Entry Deadline: Monday, February 19, :00 PACIFIC TIME Changes to entries are permitted after the entry deadline and up to the start of the U SPORTS championship technical meeting. A $50.00 administrative fee per change is paid to the host organizing committee, and the entry is declared at the that meeting (for example: person "A" out of the 50m free into the 100m free is considered one change) Team Entries: There is no limit on the number of swimmers from one school that may enter an event at the championship. Each institution is permitted one relay team entry per relay event. Relay complement names must be submitted a minimum of 30 minutes before the team is to swim. Individual Entries: Each competitor may pre-enter a maximum of six individual events. Note: At least one of the pre-entered events must be an event in which the qualifying standard has been achieved, however, it need not be one of the events in which the athlete competes Each competitor may only compete in a maximum of four (4) individual events The total number of all events competed by an individual, including relays, shall be a maximum of 7 events. Team Registration: Each championship team shall consist of all individuals, from their most recently submitted U SPORTS Eligibility Form, who have qualified for championship participation as per the standards articulated below. The limit for an institution's championship roster shall be eighteen (18) men and eighteen (18) women.

10 Parking: Toronto City Parking available, link to parking map here EQUIPMENT: Omega timing system will be used for this championship THERAPY / MEDICAL SERVICES: Lifeguards will be available for emergency care. A certified therapist will be available onsite for follow up, assessment and treatment/ rehab during the competition and will have phone access to on-call physician. First aid supplies will be available at the competition venue but teams must supply their own tape and sports supplies. If needed, supplies can be purchased on a charge back basis. Accreditation, team baskets and championship information, will be available for pick up.
