1 Summer Rental Invitation to Oaktree Park Cabana Club NON-HOA Swim Team Families Dear Oaktree Park Swim Team families, Oaktree Park Cabana Club is offering to a limited number of Non-HOA Swim team families a 2017 Summer Pool Use Rental Agreement. If you are interested in participating, please send us an with the information below ASAP. The board will look at all the families interested and will choose the families approved to participate by the end of April. We will then notify you and send you a rental agreement to sign. Payment will be due when agreement is signed and is NON REFUNDABLE. This program is not an invitation to join the HOA and is limited to pool use only during the 2017 Swim Season. Rental Fees are $550 Rental agreement will be from start of swim team practice (tentative May 15 - September 30, 2017) No swimming allowed while swim team is practicing at the pool. Pool rules and Pool party rules are below. 2 Oaktree Park Cabana Club Pool Rules 1. Failure to Obey Rules: All pool users must follow the rules posted at the pool and obey directions from the Lifeguard(s). Lifeguards or Board Members can and will send anyone disobeying the rules home. Use of the pool can be restricted or eliminated by a Lifeguard or Board Member. 2. Renters Responsibility: Homeowners/Renters must know and are responsible for these Pool Rules and their children's and guest's actions at all times. 3. Renter s Guest Limit: No more than one other family is allowed as guest of a renter at the pool (only authorized pool parties may exceed this limit). Additional guests must be accompanied at all times by an adult member of an HOA member family. 4. Under 18 Supervision: Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a designated adult during unguarded hours. Anyone under 18 may NOT have a key to the pool. 5. Use of the Adult Pool: All children 5 years old and younger or anyone who cannot swim the width of the adult pool without a floatation device are not permitted in the pool unless accompanied by an adult. The adult must be able to swim and shall remain with the child in the pool at all times. 6. Use of the Baby Pool: Only children 5 years old and younger may use the baby pool and only with a parent in attendance. Parent must be in immediate area of the baby pool. Lifeguards do not guard the baby pool. 7. No Babysitting or Daycare Use: Children being babysat by a renter may NOT be sent to the pool unattended unless the child is a member of the Oaktree Park Cabana Club. The pool is NOT to be used for ANY kind of day care service. 8. Don't Swim with Pool Covers On: The pool covers will normally be off between 8 am and 10 pm. Homeowners/Renters may use the pool during these hours. NO ONE may be in the pool when the covers are on, even if the covers are on during normal pool hours. Contact a board member or the pool manager and complain. DO NOT go into the pool. 9. Maintenance Closures: No one may be in the pool when it is being super chlorinated or when it is posted as down for repairs.

3 10. Diapers: Babies wearing soiled diapers are not permitted in either pool. Disposable or cloth diapers are prohibited in the pool. Infants and toddlers still in diapers MUST wear either a "swim diaper" or plastic pants with elastic around the waist and legs over a swimsuit. Please use approved swim diapers. 11. Adult Swim: No one under 18 years of age is permitted in the pool during adult swim except for babies 5 years of age and under with their parents. 12. Pool Attire: Appropriate swimwear and sun bathing attire required. Shorts or suits not made for swimming will not be permitted. No street clothes are allowed in the pool. Cut-offs may be worn in the pool if they are hemmed. 13. Toys: The use of footballs, inner tubes, boats, or super soakers in the pool will be at the discretion of the lifeguards on duty. Please exercise consideration for other swimmers in the pool area when no lifeguards are on duty with regards to use of pool toys. 14. Horseplay: No running, shoving, pushing, or horseplay in the pool area. Do not hang on lane lines. Lane lines are designed to separate lanes. They may not be hung on or abused in any way. You may be asked to leave the pool area if you violate any of these rules. Further action may be taken by the board if deemed necessary. 15. Restricted Areas: Only the Lifeguards are allowed in the lifeguard chair. Only personnel authorized by the Board of the Oaktree Park Cabana Club are allowed in the office. 16. Restrictions 16 a. Glassware Glass bottles and containers are NOT permitted at the pool. Only the use of plastic containers, aluminum cans or plastic bottles are permitted. 16 b. Gum Gum is NOT permitted in the enclosed pool area. No gum chewing in pool. 16c. Tobacco Smoking or use of tobacco is NOT permitted in enclosed pool area 16 d. Weapons No weapons permitted in the enclosed pool area, except by authorized law enforcement. 17. Radios:

4 Radio use should not interfere with others quiet. Please be quiet after 8 pm so that homeowners in surrounding homes will not be disturbed. 18. Sign-In: We do not require homeowners/renters to sign in to use the pool; however lifeguards and Board members have the right to ask and verify your name & address (we will provide lifeguards with list of renters information). 19. No Pets: No pets are permitted in the pool area or on the pool property. 20. Reserving Furniture: No one may reserve furniture for persons not on the pool grounds. Authorized pool parties may reserve the picnic tables and barbecue area only. 21. Lock the Gate: The gate must remain CLOSED and LOCKED at all times. 22. Authorized Pool Parties: Contact Pool Party Manager for party reservations and rules. Pool parties do NOT have exclusive use of the entire pool area; just the picnic tables and barbecue. Renters are permitted three pool party during the summer season. 24. Swimming alone at the pool is not recommended.

5 Oaktree Park Cabana Club Pool Party Information & Agreement Standard Homeowner/Renter ~ Birthday parties/gathering Up to 20 guest $20, Up to 50 guests $50. The Homeowners Association Board of directors hopes you enjoy your upcoming party. To ensure your safety and understanding of the Oaktree Park Cabana Club Party Rules, please read the following information, sign and return this agreement along with your deposit before the date of your scheduled party to: Helga Mispelblom 6129 Cecala Dr, ~ All gatherings which exceed the allowed guest limit of one family per homeowner are considered Pool Parties. 2 ~ Pool parties are NOT private events; booking a party simply reserves the barbecue area, picnic area and access to the fridge area and allows the renter to exceed the one family guest limits. 3 ~ Parties are booked on a first come first served basis. A signed agreement and required fee (See above) MUST be returned for your party time to be guaranteed. (Note: Fee is to cover expenses incurred including but not limited to BBQ propane, trash, clean up, bathroom and/or cleaning supplies) Oaktree Park Cabana Club board reserves the right to hold the host renter responsible if the grounds are left unsuitable. Please note host renters may be responsible for any damages caused by their guest to pool or cabana club equipment. 4 ~ All party attendees are expected to follow the existing and posted pool rules and regulations. Please see the website for a complete list of the Oaktree Park Cabana Club Pool Rules. 5 ~ There MUST be at least one (1) Adult per six (6) children and one (1) certified lifeguard for every ten (10) people at the pool party, up to a maximum of five (5) Lifeguards. Lifeguards are NOT responsible for watching the baby pool. Lifeguard numbers may be adjusted for adult and advanced swimmer parties. Please discuss party guest details with the party coordinator to determine the number of lifeguards required. Lifeguards must carry a current and active Certification in order to qualify.

6 6 ~ For parties booked during normal Lifeguard shifts, it is still the responsibility of the party host to provide one (1) additional certified lifeguard for every ten (10) people attending their party. Lifeguards are hired for a minimum of 2 hours at a rate mutually agreed upon by the homeowner and lifeguard. The host homeowner pays the lifeguard directly and must make arrangements for the lifeguards themselves. Please contact Helga Mispelblom for a list Oaktree Park Cabana club of lifeguards if needed. 7 ~ Parties may NOT be booked on Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4 th of July or Labor Day); On the same day(s) as a Home Swim meet; During regular scheduled swim team practice; or during any Scheduled Homeowner Association or Swim Team functions. See the Oaktree Park Cabana Club webpage for a list of dates/times of scheduled functions and swim practice. 8 ~ Glass bottles and containers are NOT permitted at the pool. Only the use plastic containers, aluminum cans or plastic bottles are permitted. As a host rental family, I agree to be at the pool prior to allowing guest in the fenced area and agree to remain on site until the last guest has left.
