1 COUNTRY BASKETS & SPICES MONTHLY NEWSLETTER August / 2009 Number 6 Water Therapy I have made mention of water therapy through out the years, one of the earliest videos on Orange Juice Fasting showed Hot Tub Water Therapy. One of the simplest methods is to slide out of 102 degree water into 35 degree pond water or 55 degree cold shower water. Such hot / cold therapy builds Endurance. The cool sitz bath is by far the best health restorative therapy on earth and something anyone can do anywhere on earth for no cost. One method you do not read about is herbal water therapy that uses the same water for months and years. I suspect I am the first and maybe only one to try this. For years I wondered what it would be like to bath in distilled water and soon I will introduce this idea into reality, but for now I am going to explain the first steps. Hard water, even after it has been run through a water softener is still not clean water. Hard water has inorganic rock mineral in it and carries the gases and chemicals from being stored in the earth s water tables. IN NATURE We would allow rain water, which is soft distilled water to naturally bath our skin and pure sunshine to influence our naked skin to produce real true vitamins. In Nature these 2 things would be a major part of every humans life. Today we have colored people desiring to become whiter and pal white people desiring to become darker and often using Fake & Bake or chemical methods. Few people will stand in the natural rain water and only a small percentage will allow the sun to soak into their naked skin. 1

2 This subject will be my steps toward a unique way to bath the skin. For 25 years I wanted a hot tub. For my retirement from 30 years in a very dirty lead factory I broke down and purchased a hot tub. I tried 35% peroxide as a method to keep the water clean and it did not work. It was expensive and just failed to work. Besides fighting bacterial water, the worst problem was Hard water that scaled up the lines in the hot tub and stuck to the walls of the hot tub. This hard water is a constant problem as you ad new water, etc. Commercially they supply you a huge box of chemicals to soften the water and sterilize it and commercially they ignore the damage such chemicals do to the human body. I know for a fact, when I consume herbs, drink, etc. while in the hot tub, my skin expels some of these herbs and drinks that can show up on the filter within 15 minutes. This proves to me that our stomach and assimilation and elimination organs are not what common medical teaches they are. I believe our stomach and circulation is much more than what most people think. For this reason, anytime a human gets into water, their internal waste enters that same water on contact and the hotter the water and the longer they stay in that water, the more waste enters the water. In theory, no one worried about coming in contact with other human s fluids would ever want to get into a public pool or water source that others can have contact with. Basically the same goes with breathing air in a public place. Humans were designed to live in the open free flowing air and never breathe in air that has been in other human s lungs. TWO PROBLEMS Hard water leaving hard mineral deposits and bacterial water making the Hot Tub a mess to deal with using commercial toxic chemicals to control the water so it does not hurt the tub. My Solution My first step as shown in the earlier video on fasting was to cut out the commercial filter and replace it with a common towel that I can wash as often as I desire. 2

3 This is my filter, it goes inside the water over flow shown! I wrap it around the plastic remains of the once $ commercial paper filter cartridge! I change this filter about every 2 weeks and wash it with borax soap. 3

4 My hot tub has never had a commercial chemical since brand new. No way was I going to bath in chemical water! Until recent months, my water was crystal clear, now you see a light yellow tint. The color is from what I would call SPRAY III basic theory. I do not spray the herbal spray in the water, but rather use the basic highly concentrated ingredients. In theory turning the entire bath into a stronger solution than the actual Spray III. Prior to this, I learned how to keep the water sterile and this water is now 20 months old. This has allowed the hard water minerals to fall out of solution. First they stuck to the sides of the hot tub and filled the water lines, etc.and make quite the mess since our deep water well has so much lime content. After adding the herbs the water eventually turns very soft as the minerals dissolved from the sides of the hot tub and entered the towel filter to be removed from the tub. As I ad new water every few months the minerals quickly dissolve and are captured on the towel I hope this year yet to purchase a water distiller and start by 2010 adding ONLY distilled water to the hot tub. This will surely take it to the next level of enjoyment. 4

Now get a load of this FACT. I know well water and all commercial water sources are loaded with toxic chemicals, gases and rock type minerals all of which are not healthy to drink or bathe in. So in theory, each time we bathe, we are poisoning our health to some degree. We breathe in the chemicals and absorb them through our skin. Look at these jets at the bottom of this extra large and deep hot tub and see the chrome shining.the yellow tint only a result of fantastic herbal products.i never believed such a thing could be possible. I first built a shower system to shower off before I used this hot tub, this shower uses deep well water, cleaner than most anyone s well water in America, but still toxic t humans in my opinion. So starting in 2009, I stopped using the shower and I get directly into this hot tub every night and use it as my personal BATH TUB! YES, I sad my BATH TUB! IF I am very dirty, I 5

My amazing herbal method keeps my bath water cleaner than any hot tub you will find in America Turning it into an herbal bath has been the greatest step so far in my life s journey. Purchasing a water distiller dedicated to its use will be the next step forward. Now that I have 20 months of proof I can maintain perfectly lean water, now makes the idea of distilled water affordable. Knowing the water never needs changed makes bathing in distilled water something fit for a KING at a reasonable cost. 6

I spray the Silver Cord Spray on the top of my head and the herbal smell from the hot water fills the room. I normally get out in about 15 minutes. My hair is soaked from sweating. I leave all my daily dirt and sweat in this hot tub every night! I seldom ever shower first unless I am very dirty with mud, etc I do not use the shower because I believe all showers and baths taken the normal way poison people. When I convert this hot tub over to distilled water only; I will have the greatest bath in the world! I have never used a cleaner in this hot tub! Never scrubbed it clean, etc I have only added water and herbs to it and modified the filter system. It has a ozone machine, but prior to my use of herbs, the ozone NEVER stopped the bacteria from growing. I tried adding more ozone with an external ozone machine and no matter how much ozone the water smelled of, bacteria still 7

8 overcame the hot tub. I tried 35% peroxide and it failed, was expensive and I have zero faith in ozone and peroxide in keeping bacteria from growing in a hot tub. ONLY after many months of using herbs, did I dare get into this hot tub with out taking a bath and now after months of this, my shower is rarely ever used. What I call the herbal sprays was a breakthrough in understanding many things about minerals, human health and eventually the health of my hot tub. Watching my hot tub health has helped me understand what these herbs are also doing in the blood stream of my body. Experimenting with both enables me to go forward and I continue to say, what I know now about herbs, will seem minor compared to what I will know 1 year from now as long as I accept and not question ideas that pop in and around and just go with the flow of things; I find each step an advancement forward. SADLY One of the top 2 herbal ingredients of the advanced adult type herbal sprays that I original created into a little know product years ago called; NO PEST, that eventually became the base formula for the power behind Spray III and what enables me to afford turning my entire hot tub into a herbal bath..in this past year, became an obsolete product inside the U.S.A. Our past sources say they have searched the world for a supplier and now have none. Every website that even carried 1 ounce bottles now all say sold out. I have enough for my self for about 1 year and if we don t find a supplier, the future of Spray III and the adult sprays will have to change formula. We located 5 liters in a warehouse in Canada, but the distributor will not sell to anyone but one of their stores and they are clueless if any store will attempt to send it across the border and who knows at what ridiculous price if they will. If we can obtain it or drive to Canada to obtain it at any cost, we probably will, simple because I want a lifetime supply and desire to continue making Spray III the way I want to. I am finding the very best raw essential products I depend upon are becoming more and more expensive and rare each year. IF I had a good supply, such as 5 gallons of the raw products I need to maintain a hot tub like mine displayed in this newsletter, I would have no 8

9 problem making a formula that a person could administer approx. 1 dropper nightly or maybe 1 dropper weekly once the water was saturated and along with a few simple instructions about how to use some minerals available anyone could make a copy of the PERFECT BATH, FIT for a KING! You will not find information like this around the world.this is too bazaar for the scientific minded people. I self-experiment because I desire to Live and was tired of dieing in a 30 year factory career than many men died before retirement age. Luckily the Japanese (Honda) brought out the hell hole of a lead bearing factory, laid us all off so they could break the U.A.W. Union and shut the factory production down to put the company out of competition like they had did many other local companies. This forced us public educated shop rats to seek another living, because our education made us believe there was no life outside the factory life, even if we died working there. For me, I knew God, herbs, water therapy, diet, habits, exercise, dental correction, etc., etc. was the better solution to seeking back my health. Reversing 30 years of dirty air, toxic lead, nickel, copper, oil, solvents, etc., etc.taking the PERFECT BATH each night is one of the advanced methods, which to me; feels like a gift from God to be capable of having. Each step forward aids in reversing the many years of damage. Living Well, makes life a Joy! Do not accept sickness, nothing is worth dieing over.
