We would never call anyone else. I remember our home salesperson (we built our home and pool at the same time) telling us about 3 options building our pool, and that SPS would show us "the sun, the moon, and the stars". We're SO... I have been very disappointed with the quality of the work on the in-ground liner replacement that Swimming Pool Services did us at the end of the 2015 season. Throughout the 2016 season we had repeated follow-up calls because the liner kept pulling out from the corners of the pool. This continued... Comment from We are disappointed to hear that you are not satisfied. We communicated to you that inground liner wrinkles are caused by water kept too hot and over chlorination. In an eft to keep our relationship with you, we worked with the liner manufacturer to offer a replacement liner at a reduced cost. You declined our offer and ended our relationship. Swimming Pool Services helped bring our family together without ripping our budget apart. Thorough, professional and knowledgeable, done what they said they would do when they said they would do it. He has even fixed my sticking pool gate and rolled up my hose on several occasions. My pool has been sparklingly clear all season. We have done business with Swimming Pool Services a decade. We have always been satisfied with the work permed and with their stellar customer service. Swimming Pool Services was honest, efficient, helpful, and cared about my business. I will continue to use them and recommend them to all my friends and family any future pool needs. They did a very good job If you're considering a company your pool services and or purchasing a new pool, Swimming Pool Services is THE best option in the Waukesha/Brookfield/Pewaukee area. I can't say enough about them from the people in the store to the installers, everyone is very professional. I highly recommend them. Overall a very good company to do business with. Great communication. Any issues that did come up (which were few) were dealt with immediately. We chose because they were a Milwaukee NARI Member, and they delivered! The sales, installation and follow up service on our new spa was second to none. We have already recommended them to several of our friends and family members! It is worth the money! these guys are "over-the-top" helpful! I would highly recommend Dave and the team at Swimming Pool Services. Other pool companies were skeptical about our project. We worked closely on the choice of a tub, the deck cut-in of the tub and all the minor tweaks required to help make access much easier me. Love the spa and all the folks at... I was very impressed with the efficiency of the crew that put in my new liner. Very professional, they wastedno time and knew exactly what had to be done. thanks a job well done. Everything was done perfectly and we are satisfied. This was the 4th hot tub I have bought from Swimming Pool Services. They always stand behind their products. I have never had any issues with them in 20 years. I bought a green egg, that had a crack in it. When I called, he said it was under warranty, and he got me a new one. We are very happy with the work done and have been making use of the pool since. Swimming Pool services not only provided a quality product, but made a recommendation on placement/location that we are extremely happy with. They have really good materials and knowledge. I have been working with them a long time and have been satisfied with them over 20 years. They did a really great job. I would not have spent the amount of money that I was charged if I was not 100% comtable. They are passionate about what they do. Mike and Dan did an outstanding job, at getting everything done!
