1 2016 PRESIDENTS INVITATIONAL HOST: South Hills YMCA Swim Team DATE: Saturday, February 13, 2016 LOCATION: Canon McMillan High School; 314 Elm Street Extension (Off of Boone Avenue) Canonsburg, PA FACILITY: TIMES: AGE: ENTRIES: ENTRY FEE: Six lane, 25-yard pool with electronic timing and starting with manual backups Warm up times will be sent out in advance of the meet 9:00 AM Meet Starts Age as of December 1, All swimmers must swim in their age group. Swimmers may compete in 5 (FIVE) individual events, plus 2 (TWO) relays. No time (NT) entries will not be accepted. The meet Director reserves the right to return entries in order to control meet duration. $4.50 per individual event, $18.00 per relay. A surcharge of $20 is due from any team which enters more than 10 swimmers on paper forms. Please use full first name and last name on the master entry forms. Please send the TM zip files of entries, the TM word file of meet entries by name (including relays), and the TM word file of meet entry fees. When mailing the check for the meet entry fees please also include a copy of the meet entry fees report. 3 2016 PRESIDENTS INVITATIONAL AWARDS: Individual Events- Medals for 1 st through 3 rd place, Rosettes for 4 th through 6 th place, Ribbons for 7 th through 9 th place. Relays- Medals for 1 st through 3 rd place. High Point - 1 st, 2 nd, and 3 rd place trophies for each age group. Team - 1 st, 2 nd, and 3 rd place trophies. (Host team ineligible) Heat Winners - Sarris Candy Bars for ALL EVENTS Awards may be picked up throughout the day by an adult team representative with the award certificate. Team trophies will be awarded on deck or in the gym at the conclusion of the meet. RULES: CONDUCT: CONCESSIONS: SWIM APPAREL: Current USS/YMCA Swimming Rules will be enforced. Any inquiries must be made by the head coach and directed to the meet director. Video recordings are not permitted for review. Parents and coaches are responsible for the conduct of their swimmers throughout the building. The meet committee reserves the right to eject any individual for rules violations and/or inappropriate behavior. For the safety of all attendees, the throwing of balls or other objects is prohibited and subject to confiscation. Gymnastics and running are also prohibited. Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be available. The entire cafeteria will be available for an eating area. FOOD IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE GYM OR POOL AREA WE ARE TENANTS OF THE SCHOOL AND NEED TO ADHERE TO THEIR RULES!! A vendor with a full range of swim apparel will be on site.

All swimmer names will be listed on the back of the shirt if their team entry is in by the deadline date. Plenty of parking is available in the lots surrounding the Canon McMillan High School; PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON ANY OF THE GRASSY AREAS WE ARE TENANTS OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT AND WANT TO ADHERE TO THEIR RULES!
