2 Our Programs Recreational Swim Programs Adult Lap A lap swim offered to adults only. Lanes 1-2: Fast, Lanes 3-4: Medium, Lanes 5-6: Slow. If another class is in session, Adult Lap is to be in 4, 5 and 6. No one under age 15 is permitted. Family Swim - Those 14 and younger must have parental supervision. Only members of your household are permitted to participate. Senior/Disabled Adult Offered to senior citizens and those with special needs. If there is a need for assistance, a volunteer is welcome to participate at no extra cost. Fitness Classes - Instructed Aqua Spin - Designed for people looking for an intense workout. Participants will follow the instructor in pedaling at varying intervals while being stabilized on a float. All music is approved for Aqua Spin and provides specific beats per minute to optimize your workout. Aqua Pilates Harness the power of 360% resistence pour it to the core stabilization exercises and multi plane movement patterns designed to train the deepest muscle layers in your body with basic cardio moves in between to keep your cardivascular system moving. Aerobic endurance using hamd buoys, ankle sand weights, noodles and balls. Aquacize Offers swimmers or non-swimmers a low impact, full body workout. Activities include stretching, cardiovascular and specific muscle group toning in the shallow end. Deep Water Post Therapy Strengthen- A little choreograph routine with with some kick boxing tecniques. Some progessive resistance to strengthen your upper body and core. Then we move into the deep for specific conditioning drills with balance and agility training to challenge all the systems in the body. Liquid Cardio Crossfit Blast- A little choreograph routine with some kick boxing techniques. Some progressive resistance to strengthen your upper body and core. Then we move into the deep for specific conditioning drills with balance and agility training to challenge all the systems in the body. Waterwalking A unique fitness program taught in deep water. This program is to improve participants cardiovascular ability, increase muscle tone and strength. Adult Lap & Masters Swimmers Stroke Improvement Class $4 or Lap Punch Card Prerequisites- Must be able to swim 4 laps without stopping. Class will focus on improving and refining proper technique in four competitive strokes. Participants will receive individual instruction on: - Stroke Mechanics - Breathing - Workout Planning/Goals - Aerobic Training - Lap Swimming Etiquette E ach class will include a workout designed for differing level of lap and masters swimmers.

5 Registration Procedure 1. Register with the Aquatic Planner, Renee Yahara, Mon.-Fri. Between 3:30-5:30 p.m. in the pool office before your session begins, or mail in registration and payment. 2. If you are unable to register in person or by mail then on the first day of class you must bring back this registration form completed in its entirety along with a check made payable to CMCSSSD. There are no refunds given at any time. 3. Once registered, your punch card will be in the pool area ready for you to begin! Upon arrival, find your card and place in the box. (Not needed for lessons) 4. If you or a guest is dropping in, please sign in and pay the required guest fee, as well as turn in this form on the first date of attendance.
