Antidoping The swimming events will be organized in accordance with the most recent technical regulations of German Swimming Association (DSV). - Competition rules (Wettkampfbestimmungen) - Legal Order (Rechtsordnung) - Antidoping regulations (Antidopingbestimmungen) By sending the entries to the Organizing Committee, the swimmers agree to accept these conditions. 2. Eligibility All swimmers of societies, clubs or associations of clubs which are - member of the German Swimming Association (DSV) - member of any international swimming association affiliated to FINA are eligible to compete, provided that the competitor is born in 2008 or before. Exception: Participants born in 2008, 2007 and 2006 are only allowed to participate in up to 6 competition per day (including relays) 3. Pool and Equipment The Open air pool with 8 lanes is 50 meters long and fulfils the requirements of the German Swimming Association (DSV). The lanes are separated with anti-turbulence lane ropes. The water temperature will be about 24 C. The water depth varies between 2,20 meters and 3,80 meters. During the entire competition the one-start-rule will apply. A false start will not be repeated, unless it is caused by a technical fault of the refereeing panel. The venue will be equipped with a full electronic timing system, including an eight-line electronic scoreboard.

For a confirmation of receipt please add a valid address. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject entries if the number of participants exceed the capacity and limit the quality of the competition. In this case, entries that were submitted last will not be considered. The host association also reserves the right to modify the starting time. Participants will be informed via the starting list. 5. Closing Date: Friday May 13 t h :00 h Should you wish to compete at the International Sendercup, please return your preliminary entry form to the address above by no later than May 13 th 2017, 22:00 h. Entries must be completely filled out and submitted prior to the entry deadline. Later submissions will not be considered. 7. Entry fee and payment The entry fee must accompany the entry forms or the entry will not be accepted by the host association. The current entry fee is 5,50 per individual event and 8,00 per relay event. Scoring / Classification Scoring will be divided by different age groups depending on the event being an individual or relay event. For the individual events the categorization is as follows: 1996 and older 1997 and to 2008 are rated separately. Relay events will be rated open-class meets are rated separately. 9. Qualification for the 100 meter Finals In open finals the 8 fastest swimmers (2001 and elder) qualify for the finals. In the youngster finals the 8 fastest swimmers born within qualify for the finals. The finalists are announced during the Meet. Competitors or teams not wishing to take part in a final shall withdraw within thirty (30) minutes following the announcement of their qualification.

5 8. International Sendercup 2017 Site Awards Awards will be given for the top 3 individuals and teams in each age group (see 9). There will be separate rankings for men and women. All participants will receive a participation certificate. In the Open finals there will be additional prize money handed over during the awarding ceremony: 1. Place Place Place 20 The winners of the youngster finals will receive prize money as follows: 1. Place 35 2.Place Place 15 The Awarding Ceremony is part of the competition. If a swimmer does not come to the podium, he will not be entitled to any prize money. In this case, the awards become property of the Wasserfreunde Mühlacker 1920 e.v. 11. Special Prize Events 25 heats will be drawn by lot after generating the starting list. The winners of these heats receive a special prize. 12. Seeding Competitors and teams will be seeded for heats according to their best performance being the submitted times specified on the entry form (slow heat to fast heat). 13. Referees All referees will be provided by the Organizing Committee. Staff costs are included in the entry fee. 14. Meet Results The meet results, including the official DSV result file, will be posted on the Wasserfreunde Mühlacker homepage. Any club wishing hardcopies have to declare their request along with the entries. 15. Refreshments and Swimwear Catering will be provided by the Wasserfreunde Mühlacker throughout the Meeting. Swimwear and other equipment may be purchased at the on-site sales booth of Wolf-Schwimmsport ( 16. Participants are given the possibility to pitch a tent on the compound of the open air pool in order to stay over-night. The Wasserfreunde Mühlacker will offer a dinner and breakfast which will suit the diet of the competitors. 17. Rules of the Open Air Pool Participants are permitted to pitch a tent on the compound of the open air pool. For safety reasons, it is not permitted to bring glass bottles to the pool area. In addition, the Hausordnung Freibad Mühlacker is valid. 18. Limited Liability The promoters, Wasserfreunde Mühlacker and the Open air pool Mühlacker, shall not be responsible for any claim for loss, injury or damage arising from holding the International Sendercup.
