21 SPRING SCHEDULE Family Lessons 45 min Register all of your children s aquatic lessons at one convenient time! Family lessons are programmed by their time rather than by the level. This allows families to attend their lessons at the same time. Please bring your child s most recent progress report to the first lesson. Participants, who do not have a previous report or are unsure of their level, will be screened and assigned to an appropriate level during the first lesson. Participants will be placed in classes with children of the same ability and age. NOTE: Each class may include two or three different swimming levels. Parent participation is not required. Red Cross group lesson ratios will be followed and all skill evaluation will be ongoing throughout the session. Whale participants will be taught with schoolage children. To help improve our program, and provide a better teaching experience for your child, parents must provide their child s swimming level when registering for family lessons. Family lesson registration will not be available on the automated phone system (IVR). 33 SUMMER SCHEDULE Family Lessons 45 min Register all of your children s aquatic lessons at one convenient time! Whale participants will be taught with school age children. To help improve our program, and provide a better teaching experience for your child, parents must provide their child s swimming level when registering for family lessons.
