Spectator balcony for 250. Additional comfort area over looking the pool. As at Sunday15th May Entries are open to club swimmers aged 9 to 16 years old. Entries must not exceed the upper limit time. Entries without a time will be rejected, ASA ranked times are not required. Entries will be seeded on a slowest to fastest basis. No late or poolside entries will be accepted. Entries 5.00 (Club Electronic), 6.00 (Individual Paper) Friday 29th April or when the meet is full. Withdrawals will be accepted via up until Friday13th May, after that withdrawals must be submitted on paper before the start of each warm up. Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners who s times are below the upper limit. Awards will be given in age groups as follows; 9 years, 10 years, 11 years, 12 years, 13 years and years & Over. Rick Atkinson Page 1 of 6

2 Conditions 1. The Competition will be held under ASA Law & technical rules. 2. One start rule will apply. Over the top starts may be used at the organiser s discretion. 3. The pool is 25m long, 8 lanes, each lane is 2 ½ m wide and the pool uses anti wave lane ropes and electronic timing. 4. All events will be Heat Declared Winners. 5. The Referees decision is final. 6. This meet will be run using Sports System software. 7. Late or poolside entries will not be accepted. 8. The organisers reserve the right to limit entries on first come, first served basis. 9. The minimum age is 9, to comply with ASA rule Confirmation of entry will be posted on the website and ed to the respective clubs along with any rejections and information on how to withdraw. No further information will be returned. 11. This meet will operate as a CARDLESS meet. 12. Entry for spectators is 5.00 each day, of which 2.00 is refunded if only one session is attended, programmes are available after entry. 13. In the case of events that are over subscribed, refunds will be issued for those events only.. Withdrawals must be made before the start of the warm up. 15. No outdoor shoes to be worn on the poolside. 16. Footwear must be worn outside the pool area. 17. The small pool will be available for continuous warm up and cool down, however, in the event of mis-use of this facility, Wigan Life Centre reserve the right to close it at any time. 18.
