After completion of the test notify the League President at Question 1: A scratch is: a. The withdrawal of a competitor from the remainder of his/her events in the meet. b. The withdrawal of a competitor from that event in a meet. c. The same as a declared false start. d. The withdrawal of a competitor from that event, allowing the competitor to enter another event.
