Condition of: Sanction Hosted By: Type of Meet: The competition course has been certified in accordance with C(4). The copy of such certification is on file with USA Swimming. Any swimmer entered in the meet, unaccompanied by a USA Swimming member coach, must be certified by a USA swimming member coach as being proficient in performing a racing start or must start each race from within the water. It is the responsibility of the swimmer or the swimmer s legal guardian to ensure compliance with this requirement. Except where venue facilities require otherwise, changing into or out of swimsuits other than in locker rooms or other designated areas is not appropriate and prohibited. Operation of a drone, or any other flying apparatus, is prohibited over the venue (pools, athlete/coach areas, spectator areas and open ceiling locker rooms) any time athletes, coaches, officials and/or spectators are present. Date & Time: Saturday, May 12, 2018 Warm-Up:8:00 a.m. Meet Starts 9:00 a.m. Session 1 will start at 9:00 a.m. Session 2 will start 15 minutes after the completion of Session 1 There will be a 15 minute warm up session at the completion of event 46. Location: Pool Specs: Ann Dever Memorial Regional (Oyster Creek) Pool 7001 San Casa Drive Englewood, FL yard 8 lane out-door competitive pool with 1 lane buffer and a warm up/warm down area. Water depth at starting end is five foot two inches with paragon starting platforms and the turn end is four feet six inches. Timing equipment: Daktronic Electronic Timing System with pads, and buttons. Handheld watches will also be used for backup. Seeding: All entry times must be submitted in short course (SCY). You may have a NT in any event that does not have a qualifying time. All events are timed final events and they will be seeded slowest to fastest. Scratches: No penalty for scratching on the block.

2 Eligibility: Entry Limit: Deck Entries: Entry Form: 2018 USA Swimming registered athletes only. Swimmers are limited to (4) individual events. Meet host reserves the right to adjust the events/sessions if a session reaches the four hour limit. Deck entries may be accepted by the Meet Referee or his/her designee, up to 30 minutes before the start of the session under the following conditions: * Swimmers must meet all other standard requirements of the meet. * Entry & meet fees must be paid at time of entry ($10) * A swimmer may not scratch an event to deck enter an event. * A swimmer may only deck-enter an event that has an existing empty lane, no new heats will be established. Entries must be in USA Swimming SDIF format or Hy-Tek CL2. Sent by using Hy-Tek team manager. Corrupted, unreadable, or incorrectly formatted files must be corrected within 24 hours. Errors in entries submitted electronically are the responsibility of the applicant. confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the file. Safety rules as outlined by USA Swimming, aquatic director, and as recommended by the head marshal will be in effect during all warm up periods and in all warm up areas. Team Rep: Camera Zone: Meet Format: Meet Warm-Up: Prior to the start of the meet, the name of one person other than the coach, who will check with the referee about any matter pertaining to the meet, may be given to the referee. For each team the coach and that person only will be recognized. Per Florida Swimming Rule , Meet Management shall designate and inform the public of Camera Zones at each swim meet where both still photography and video photography of a race or a competitor in a race may betaken. Acceptable Camera Zones may include, but are not limited to the side courses of a pool, team gathering areas, concession area, turn-end of competition course when not in use as a start-end, etc. Meet Management shall also designate Non-Camera Zones. Under NO circumstances will Camera Zones include the area immediately behind the starting blocks at either end of the racing course(s) while they are in use for race starting purposes during competition and warm-ups, locker rooms, restrooms, or any other dressing area. Any individual failing to abide by this rule could be subject to the Florida Swimming Code of Conduct violation as defined in Rule Events 45 to 50 are mixed gender events. Other events may be combined pending entries, creating mix gender events.
