Period: 21 th - 27 th February Place: Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand 5. Accommodation: Devloft Hotel ( Competition Venue: Suranaree University of Technology (Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand) Total 6 hard courts 6. Events: Individual Events - Singles for Men's - Singles for Women's - Mixed Doubles - Doubles for Men's - Doubles for Women's Teams Events - Teams for Men's - Teams for Women's Wednesday 21 th February - Arrivals of participating countries in Suvarnabhumi International Airport, please arrived before 1:00 pm. - Check in Devloft Hotel Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand. Thursday 22 th February - 9:00 am. Official practice day for all players until 5:00 pm. - Manager s Meeting. 3:00 pm. Friday 23 th February - 9:00 am. Opening Ceremony - 9:30 am. Individual Singles competition- Men s and Women s all games until to semi-final round. - 2:30 pm. Individual Mixed Doubles competition. Saturday 24 th February - 9:00 am. Individual Mixed Doubles competition to be continue to semi-final round. - 11:00 am. Individual Doubles competition- Men s and Women s all games to final round. Sunday 25 th February - 9:00 am. All Individual final round. - 10:00 am. Men's Teams and Women's Teams competition all games until to final round. - Award for The Winner then Farwell Party.

2 Monday 26 th February - Take tour and Special Dinner. Tuesday 27 th February - Check out Hotel in the morning. 7. Qualification: Players shall be those who have been approved by those respective National Soft Tennis Federations Which are invited to participate at the event all ISTF member countries are invited to enter. 8. Match Procedures: 1) Rules to be applied: The ISTF Soft Tennis Rules. 2) All competition use (The Round robin system to The Knock-out system) 3) Decision of Winners: - Individual competition (Singles) Men s and Women s the best of (5) games in the first rounds until to Quarter-final, then best of (7) games until to be completed. - Individual competition (Doubles) Men s and Women s and Mixed the best of (7) games in the first rounds until to be completed. - Teams Events competition follow individual competition. 4) The issues regarding the qualifying matches in item (8-2,8-3) above including the execution of the qualifying matches shall be decided by the organizer, taking into consideration the total number of entries for respective events. The decision shall be announced at the manager s meeting to be held on Thursday 22 th February Competition Method 1) The Round robin system will be take the 1 st 2 nd winner of round robin, to play in the Knock-out system. 2) Above may change depending on the total number of participants in the respective team and individual event. Any changes shall be decided by the organizer and announced at the manager s meeting to be held on Thursday 22 th February Entries: 1) Competitions: A player shall be allowed to enter more than one event. i.e. player can enter in singles and doubles and Mixed doubles and Teams events.

Deadline dates for entries (Thailand time, GMT+7): hours on Friday 19 th January Each participating country is requested to send a player s photo either in color or black/white in a passport photo size, titled the photo by the name of player. 11. If you do not receive anything, kindly contact the tournament organizer at the number above as soon as possible. 12. Equipment: KENKO soft tennis ball shall be used for all events. Courts, nets, posts and other facilities shall conform to the ISTF rules. 13. Referee and Umpires: The tournament organizer will appoint referee and umpires. 14. Commendations: Commendations will be awarded to the winners in each finalist deciding tournament as follows: 1 st,2 nd,3 rd Get Trophy and Certificate **Competitor will get the special souvenir** All Players and official will get the Diploma for participants. 15. Expenses: ***Please use Exchange Rate US$ 1 = THB 35 and please pay in Thai Baht (THB)*** Entry Fee for 1 person 1) Individual Events entry 500 Baht / player or 15$ per Event 2) Teams Event entry 1,750 Baht or 50$ per Team Expenses for meals, rooms, and activities 1) Each person is charged for 1,750 Baht or 50$ per day for 3 meals, room, and transportation. Total is 10,500 Baht or 300$ for 6 days. Those that will not stay at the office hotel designated by the host organization will pay 2,625 Baht or 75$ per person for 3 days to the host organization.
