Improvers This category is for members not yet of club standard. To enable Improvers to reach club standard as soon as possible the Club provides one hour of free coaching on a Monday evening. Improvers are also strongly encouraged to take part in Saturday morning open sessions. The committee will rely on feedback from the coach and other senior club members to identify suitable candidates to join in all club sessions. Membership is free when you are a Member of an affiliated club, such as Capel Tennis Club. On the site there is a News/Futures Events section, general details about the Club and the details about League Teams who play in the local Dorking and Leatherhead League. We also have a Photo Gallery area which showcases some of the Events/Tournaments that we run throughout the year. There is also a Members Area which is accessible to all paid Members who have registered with a login/password on the site. In this area, only accessible after you log-on, there are various details including an

3 Events Calendar, Members Contact Lists (for Adults and Juniors which can be downloaded as PDFs) and General Club Documents (as PDFs). Your Contact Details Your contact details are maintained on the website. After you have registered and logged on can you please ensure that all the details are kept up-to-date especially the Emergency Contact Details, your DoB, any changes to your address and/or phone numbers. To update these details click on My Profile, select Edit Member and fill in the details there. Note: A complete list of all Members contact details will be provided for members. This will be ed in.pdf format to all members and will also be made available for download from the Club Documents section on the website. It will also be posted in the Club House, and be available on request. Please note it is assumed that all Members give their consent to be included in the Contact Lists unless they inform Lynette von Kaufmann or Scott Kerr to the contrary. Coaching CLTC are proud of our Coaching programme run by Warwick and Kath Pistorius. Junior coaching takes place on Saturdays. There is also other coaching available to all Members of the Club, some of which is subsidised. Please contact Warwick or Kath on or for further details. Floodlights The club has two floodlit courts and the floodlights are charged at 1 per person per hour per court or part thereof. Any member may book these courts and use the lights. Please put money in the box provided on the wall below the floodlight switches. Clubhouse Keys Keys to the clubhouse are available to all Full Playing Adult Members and can be obtained from Bertie Gallagher. A small refundable (upon return of the key) deposit of 5 will be required. Visitors Members guests are very welcome. Their names should be entered in the visitor s book in the clubhouse and a fee of 3 per adult and 1 per intermediate/junior guest paid per visit. Please put money in the box provided on the wall below the floodlight switches. Code of Conduct The Club Code of Conduct is available on the Club website and in the clubhouse.
