Running tournaments such as this takes a lot of organization and co-operation, not the least of which comes from our wonderful sponsors who make the tournament possible. 3 Saturday Night Dinner Dance 7 December 2013 Nelson Bay Bowling Club Nelson Room 7.00pm till 11.30pm Also announcing the return of our popular DJ Steve to play all of your favourite requests throughout the night. If you don t have any plans for the Saturday night of the Tournament weekend, come join us for dinner and dancing at the Nelson Bay Bowling Club (next door to the tennis courts). Tickets are $36 per person for a three course meal, coffee and tea. A bar will be operating in our fully self contained room. Due to a requirement to notify the Club of numbers at least 48 hours prior to the function, no late bookings can be taken. Therefore, only those who include payment with their tournament entry form will be included in numbers for the function. The room is restricted to 80 guests, seated at round tables of eight, so get your friends together to share an enjoyable night, or just rock up on your own and we will organize seating for you. 3

5 CONDITIONS OF PLAY 1. The tournament Committee shall have the entire control and management of the tournament. 2. The tournament will be conducted under the rules and regulations laid down in the ITF Rules of Tennis. 3. All competitors must submit an entry form. Where an entry form is received without an entry fee, preference will be given to those having included their fees. Entries not accompanied by fees may be accepted, but only where numbers are required to make up a grouping. This will be at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. 4. All events will be played as a round robin format. The Committee may vary the format of play if weather restricts the tournament. 5. Players must be the respective age by December 31st The Committee reserves the right to transfer entries to a younger age group. 7. All players must be correctly dressed in recognised tennis attire and only tennis shoes shall be worn. 8 Players may participate in only one event per session. 9. The Committee will try, without obligation, to find partners for doubles events if requested. Nelson Bay Tennis Club requires the information requested on this form to provide each entrant with services related to the Nelson Bay Seniors Tennis Tournament and related purposes (which can be reasonably expected). The personal information of each entrant will only be used in accordance with the purposes of Tennis NSW and The Nelson Bay Tennis Club. Each player is able to access his/her personal information through Tennis NSW upon reasonable notice. Entry Fees are $25.00 for singles events and $15.00 per player for each doubles event. As the Club is not licenced, attendees are requested to bring their own alcoholic beverages. Soft drinks, coffee and tea will be available in the Club House. The Club will provide complimentary biscuits, cheese and savoury snacks.
