6 7 Terms and Condition of Admission DRESS CODE Cañas Tennis does have a dress code in effect during all academy hours. This code has been developed to increase the enjoyment of the game for all of our players and guests. All academy players and guests at Cañas Tennis are expected to abide by the dress code at all times. Failure to follow the dress code will result in the loss of playing privileges. The Dress Code must be followed as outlined below. Men s Dress Code Shirts/Tops Tennis shirts and t-shirts of any colour Solid coloured collared sports shirts Dry-fit sleeveless shirts designed for tennis are permitted Shirts must be worn at all times Shorts: No jean, walking, swim, Bermuda, bicycle, rugby or shorts with patterns (floral or loud) Shoes: Approved tennis shoes only. No jogging, running, or marking shoes on court. Women s Dress Code Shirts/Tops Short sleeve or sleeveless tennis shirts and t-shirts of any colour Solid colour collared sports shirts No cut-offs not designed for tennis Shorts: No jean, swim, bermuda, bicycle, rugby or shorts with patterns (floral or loud). Skirts/Dresses: Must be made specifically for tennis. Shoes: Approved tennis shoes only. No jogging, running or marking shoes on court. Why Enforce a Dress Code? Provide a professional sports person attitude on the courts. Create a stronger sense of club spirit. Clearly define the difference of club/academy hours versus public court times. Maintain and enhance the image of Cañas Tennis as one of the best in the state. Note: Repeat dress code violations can result in loss of playing/trainning privileges.
