8 - Events Children ages 5-12 are welcome to participate in the Daytime Diversions Activities. Children of all ages are welcome to participate in the Complimentary Saturday Activities. Due to a limited class size, a 24-hour pre-registration/cancellation is necessary. For parents looking to explore some of our fantastic adult geared events, be sure to inquire about our Friday night babysitting services. For most events, you will now be able to reserve your attendance as early as you like. Reservations/cancellations are required 48 hours prior to the event. There will be a few exceptions to this that include the following: Easter Buffet, Passover Dinner, Thanksgiving Dinner, Christmas Dinner and New Year s Eve Dinner. These events will be open for reservation starting 60 days in advance and require a 72 hour cancellation, similar to previous years. Remember, events sell out, so plan ahead! Times and locations subject to change. Final confirmation calls will review dates, times, locations and will serve as an acceptance of attendance. Holiday reservations in the Club restaurants are subject to our cancellation policy for parties of 4 or more on the following holidays: Easter, Mother s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year s Eve. As courtesy to your fellow Members a 48 hour cancellation notice for the restaurant reservation is required to avoid a $75 per person charge for a no show reservation.
