1 Evolve Tennis Academy Term 4 Edition Newsletter 2015 Coaches Corner A message from our Directors of Coaching, Ryan Maloney & Scott Fletcher Well its quite scary to think how fast this year has gone, and what a year it has been for Evolve Tennis. We ve completed our first ever Series of Super 4s Tournaments, which saw over 350 entrants compete throughout the year in some hotly contested matches. We ve expanded and grown into Wyatt Park Tennis Centre which is now home to over 100 Hotshot players, Collaroy Tennis Club is boasting a complete fence revamp, and we re only a few months away from another big summer of Aussie Tennis. And on the topic of summer tennis, you better get in early for our upcoming Multi-Sport holiday Camps see all the details on Page 2 of the newsletter. And remember the new addition to the camp Schedule in which we will be inviting our more advanced players to participate in the ATAC Super Camp located at Riverview College (more details on page 2). Simply put you do not need to! To ensure your child s place is not lost we roll over all students from the previous term. However, we will send out a confirmation text (from: EvolveCTC or EvolveWyatt) on the last week of the term just to give you peace of mind. If you need to change the time/day of your child s class or do not wish to return to classes please just follow the reply options you receive in the text. Invoices, Due Dates & Late Fee s All invoices are ed (we are now paperless) in the 2 nd week of term. Each invoice has a due date or a $25 late fee applies. Our accounting system automatically generates this and sends updates remotely regarding unpaid invoices. Please understand that whilst we are a sporting facility and we truly appreciate each and every loyal customer, we are like any business and need to pay our bills on time especially our fantastic coaches. If we don t do this we risk losing the high standard, quality and friendly coaches we and all of you expect. Simply put, our business cannot be sustained if your bills are not paid on time.
