Go to the NDA website at 2. Log in as a NDA operator at the top if the right corner of the page. (For password help, contact the NDA office at ) 3. On the right hand side, under the Quick Links, you will find a Tournament Entry link. 4. Click Tournament Entries 5. Choose Michigan 2015 from the list of available choices. 6. From the Operator Summary, order certificates, select players, provide skill information and complete certificates. PLEASE SEND A COPY OF THE ENTRY SUMMARY TO TONIE PETTIT-ZAHM at tpettitzahm@yahoo.com. If LEAGUE LEADER is used, please notice that Team Standings are included and the players are listed in alphabetical order. PLEASE HIGHLIGHT PLAYERS ATTENDING and include all leagues that they play in. The highest average will be used as per the NDA. If DARTMAN is used, sample report is to be used. The league standings are included and the players listed in order. PLEASE HIGHLIGHT those players attending and include all leagues. 6 PLAYER ELIGIBILTY FOR MCMOA STATE TOURNAMENT 1. All tournament players must: 1. Be sanctioned by the national Dart Association (NDA) for the current league season. 2. Play in leagues ran by the National Dart Association Charter (NDA) holder members, members of the Michigan Coin Machine Operators Association (MCMOA) and be in good standing and in compliance with all league-sanctioning guidelines. 3. Have played in a minimum of 96 league games between January 1, 2014 and January 1, Qualifying games must have been obtained in no less than eight (8) separate weeks of league play. The games can consist of 01 and/or cricket with a minimum of 24 games in the format the player is entering. If any player does not have 24 league games in the format he/she is entering then that player/team will be placed in the highest level of completion for that format. (Classified as a master player.) 4. Compete during regular league play only on machines owned and operated by NDA Charter Holder and MCMOA members. Except non-mcmoa players, they must play for an NDA Charter Holder. There is a $10.00 per person per event fee for non-mcmoa players. 5. Be entered in the tournament by the NDA charter Holder and the MCMOA Member on whose machine(s) they have completed the minimum game requirements for tournament entry. No on site entries allowed. Except non-mcmoa players, they must play for an NDA Charter Holder. 6. May not compete in more than one level of play in any one event. And may not compete in open, master or ladies events at the same time if such events are offered.) 7. Be at least 18 years of age and comply with the regulations of local, state and federal laws in which they compete in leagues. 2. All tournament teams must: 1. Declare a full team roster, including substitutes, when certificates are completed. (4 person team may not have more than 6 players and 2 person team may not have more than 3 players.) 2. The players must have 96 league games from the same league system when entering events. A player may have 96 league games in more than one charter holder and thus qualifying for doubles and team events with different players. 3. All substitute players must come from the same league system and have competed in the same league format as the regular player. Enter these players on the certificate. Substitute players are not required to pay fees other than the player fee ($6.00)
7 PLAYER CLASSIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS PLAYERS AND CHARTER HOLDERS MUST ALSO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING. 1. All players must be entered with their highest known Player-Skill Rating, from league play or from NDA tournament play. This is the responsibility of the charter holder and each charter holder will submit proper documentation. 2. A player must use the highest player skill (PPD/MPR) rating from a league if a player is playing in multiple leagues. 3. The charter will be required to send the following documentation to the Tournament Committee prior to January 15, A. Documentation that each player entered has played the required 96 games as well as the stats for all players in a league system for use of on site players. B. Documentation of the highest known Player-Skill Rating for each player entered in an event. Highlight the players entered on the league standing reports. 4. Standardized league results are the only accepted statistics. All recorded Player- Skill Ratings are achieved using the actual darts thrown. In Addition, the following are standard formats for game play to calculate a Player-Skill Rating: 01 Cricket Open In/Open Out format 8-foot foul line 8-foot foul line 15 ½ target face 15 1/2' target face Split 50/25-point bull s-eye Full 50-point bull s-eye 5. Player ability assessment may be determined by the tournament committee by any of the following criteria: A. Player-Skill Rating B. Review of previous NDA and MCMOA tournament performance C. Examination of overall local league ratings D. Known ability ALL DECISIONS OF THE TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE ARE FINAL

Master-rated criteria: players with the following Player-Skill Ratings or above will be considered masters in their respective event: Event Team Maximum Doubles maximum Singles (master) Open PPD 59 PPD 30 PPD Open Cricket 13.8 MPR 6.9 MPR 3.5 MPR Mixed DBs combo 5.8 MPR 3.5 MPR & 30 PPD Mixed Trips PPD 30 PPD A master rating may also be given to players who: Are players without a verifiable Player-Skill Rating will be considered Master Players Placed in the money in an NDA s masters level event in the last year. Pro lists of an NDA manufacturer sponsor s major tournament Dominate players in either soft or steel-tip darting No master rated player will be allowed to compete below level one Two master-rated players on ANY team must play at the Master s level 7. Only sanctioned players within the NDA league may play on the same team. A player may be cross sanctioned and play in a different Charter Holder s league, thus having gotten 96 league games with that Charter Holder and be eligible to play darts with players from both Charter Holder s leagues. 8. Players that finish 1 st and 2 nd in scheduled tournament events may move up to the next level the following year of play. If they do not play the following year they will still may be elevated a level for later tournament events in the years to follow. 9. One master on a two person team will play in level 1. Two master players on a 4 person team will play in master level.
