Uniform Policy Change Survey Thursday, November 16, 2017 Dear Parents/Guardians, Last year, the Jean Vanier C.S.S. community engaged in conversation regarding the potential for uniform policy changes pertaining to the three following areas: a) uniform item fabrics/textiles b) uniform item additions summer shorts c) uniform policy changes re: which items are to be worn with what (others) This school year, , we are inviting students, parents, and staff to take this simple survey in order to make known your opinion about potential uniform changes. We ask that you complete this brief survey and return it to the Main Office No later than THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 30, Parents/Guardians, please complete one survey per household. Students and staff will have the opportunity to complete it on-line while at school. Google Survey instructions will be provided to them. Your input will be used to guide final decisions, so please take some time to have your voice heard!
