2 These conditions only apply to reservations made before the first day of the Tournament by Tennis Clubs and Tennis Schools for a minimum of 10 persons PRICES The special Tennis Club price per ticket applies to 10 tickets purchased for the same day, in the same category (according to availability). 3 TICKETS It is preferable to buy your tickets in advance by returning the attached reservation form. Access to the Tournament is made by Entrance 3 (Reception Desk Tennis Clubs), located in the lower part of the Club. Your order remains modifiable until the moment of payment and printing of your tickets. PLEASE NOTE Once printed, tickets cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded except under special conditions * In case of loss, no duplicata will be issued Advantages of reserving best guaranteed seating refunding in case of rain* special parking conditions for your bus * Special conditions for interruption or cancellation due to rain only (see Sales Terms on the back of the ticket). 3

4 RESERVATION Reservations should be made by the Club in writing ( , mail or fax). No reservations can be made by telephone. SENDING OF THE TICKETS Tickets will be sent by post until March 15th, After this date, tickets will no longer be sent by post. They will be given to you personally when you arrive at the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters, at the «Tennis Clubs Desk», Entrance 3 located in the lower part of the Club. A certain number of documents (Official Magazine, Daily News of the Tournament, programme of the day, autograph booklets, ) will be given free of charge to your group upon arrival. COURT RAINIER III Around 2,500 numbered seats per day in the 3 categories are reserved for Tennis Clubs and Tennis Schools. The seats are awarded on a first come, first serve basis. The Court Rainier III tickets do not give access to the Court des Princes. The special «Tennis Club» price applies separately on Court Rainier III and Court des Princes. However, the Court Rainier III ticket gives access to all the other courts (according to available seats). 4

5 COURT DES PRINCES If the total number of seats reserved for Tennis Clubs and Tennis Schools on Court Rainier III is reached, 1,000 additional seats are available in Stands L / Y / Z on Court des Princes at a discount price. All tickets on Court des Princes are numbered. A ticket on the Court des Princes does not give access to Court Rainier III. The special «Tennis Club» price applies separately on Court Rainier III and on Court des Princes. ROLEXMONTECARLOMASTERS DRAW The final list of players participating in the Tournament will be official four weeks before the beginning of the tournament. Ask the ticket office or consult our website: Players section. The Qualifying draw, which will take place on April 14th and 15th, 2018, features 28 players, of which only 7 will qualify for the Main Draw. The Singles Main Draw (56 players) will begin on Sunday April 15th, The Doubles Main Draw will consist of 24 teams. 7

10 ROLEX MONTE-CARLO MASTERS ACCESS - INFORMATION If you come by train from Nice, do not alight at the station Monaco/Monte-Carlo, continue on to the next station, named "Monte-Carlo Country Club". This station is situated only 600 metres from the Club entrance! Ask at any SNCF train station for train times stopping at the station or find them out on the Tournament website : section " Practical Information / Travel Options ". To facilitate your access to our tournament, we advise you to place the panel «Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters April 2018» on the windscreen of your bus. This panel is included with your tickets. This will prevent you from going through the Monaco Regulation Service, situated at the Jardin Exotique and thus enable you to come directly to the Tournament. Once your passengers have alighted, you can go to the car park located on the Boulevard du Larvotto where you pay the daily parking pass (50, special 2017 Tournament Price). You can withdraw your pre-paid tickets at the Tennis Clubs Reception Desk, located in the lower part of the Club (Entrance 3). You can also leave messages here. Only during the 9 tournament days, the following telephone number ( ), is exclusively reserved for you at this desk to receive any telephone calls. You can also pick up your Magazines and other publications, and a hostess is available to give you any information you should need. Keep your tickets. In case of rain, they will be required for you to be reimbursed. See special conditions on the back of ticket. 10
