1 How To Use My Tennis Page On TennisLink Once you have set up an account with the USTA then you receive a My Tennis Page space. This is the place on the web site where you handle all of your personal league and tournament actions Join a team Record a USTA League Score Appeal your Rating Check the stats of your team Search for a rating or for a player s record Search for Championship information When you fire up your internet browser, enter the address for TennisLink: The screen you see below will appear. Note the LOGIN section marked on the attached screen. Mouse click on this and a new screen will open. Note the section marked in red. Here you enter your USTA Number and your password. Then mouse click on the LOGIN button and you are off to a new screen.

2 Note on this page at the top in white (covered by a red rectangle) is USTA League. This is the page you are on. Off to the right of this page, in a red rectangle but on a gray field is My Teams. We will go to My Tennis Page in a minute. On this current page at the bottom should be the team matches you have played in. Your rating information is in the upper right hand corner. In the My Quick Links are the things you can do, such as record a score etc. Player Preferences has to do with what information is placed on the team roster for your team captain and team mates to see. There are links on the lower right side for signing up for local Nebraska Tournaments. League and tournament advanced search information is in the Stats and Standings search engine in the middle of the page and the find NTRP rating information is right next to this. On this page note that the My Tennis Page is now the menu item on the white background and the TennisLink page menu item is now on the gray background. This way you can see what page you are currently on. This page is just your personal page. It shows all of the information about you. Rankings, ratings, teams that you are on, tournaments you have played in, etc. It is also the place where you can register for a USTA League Team.

3 This Start Playing place is where you can register for a USTA League Team. In the upper right side of the screen is a link titled Manage Account It is right underneath your USTA Number. This link will take you to your account information where you can then change the information which is part of your USTA Membership. Once you mouse click on this a new screen opens as shown below.

4 This section is where you can go to change your password as shown above. You can also add an Avatar which I believe is a picture. The Update My Personal Information link is very important since it is where you can renew your USTA Membership, change your address if you have moved, change your if it has changed, and same with your phone number. All those kind of membership things may be handled with this link. I have marked it in red on the above image. When you mouse click on this link you get to this page. In the red rectangle is the renew your membership link. This link will take you off to renew your membership. Listed right next to it is the date of when your membership expires. So if you get a renewal notice in the mail, you might want to come here and check this page so that you can see when your membership actually expires before just going through the motions of renewing your membership. All of the information attached to your membership records is listed here and to change any of it use the menu on the right side of the page, or use the update link that is right next to Contact Information as shown above. This has been the lightning tour of the USTA Web Site as pertains to you as a member of the USTA. 5 Details of My Tennis Page: There are various functions that are accomplished on the web site for USTA League Tennis. Registering for a Team: When you are at My Tennis Page, you may register for a team at the link shown below: The link in the image shown above will take you to the USTA League page which is also accessed by the other link shown above in the upper left hand corner. When you mouse click on the first link it takes you to the Register for a Team site. If you mouse click on the USTA League Link in the upper left corner, then you will first be at the League site and then must use the Register for a Team link to get to the same site as noted above. At this site just mouse click on the Register for a Team link and then the new register page will open.

6 Now that you are at the place to register for a team Note that there are four boxes above that need to be completed; USTA Membership Number, Team Number, Phone Number, and address. In order to register yourself or anyone else on a team you need to have your USTA Account Set up and to be logged in. If your USTA Membership Records have an address supplied then it will appear with your phone number in the above boxes. If you have not supplied this info to the USTA then it must be supplied now. However, if you do not wish the USTA to have this information then please enter the District Coordinators information instead or the captains information. Please note that if you enter your information, then the USTA may send you many s which you might not wish to receive. District Coordinator jallison31@netzero.com, phone. Below these first four boxes is a box that you may check to indicate that you are the team captain. If you are the captain, please check this box, by mouse clicking on it, so that you will have proper access to the captain functions. If you did not do this contact the District Coordinator and he can do this for you. Below this box is a box used to add more players if you are registering your players instead of having them set up their own account and then registering on your team. You may put in a number in the box and then you can register the other players. Once you have completed all of this info, then mouse click on the continue button to go to the payment section.

7 In the payment section below it does the usual with payment information by credit card or debit card. When you finish then mouse click on the submit button at the bottom of the page. The system will then provide confirmation of payment and provide you with the screen shown below The Go to My League Place button shown at the bottom will take you back to the USTA League Page.

8 When you mouse click on this page then you will be back at the USTA Leagues Tab of the web site. Note that now at the bottom in the My Teams section your team is now listed. If you mouse click on the name of the team, Senior Team as shown above, then a new page opens which shows the roster of the team the other teams in your league and the schedule once it is made up. Note that there is a lot of info on this page. It shows the team summary, the players on the team, the team s standings in the league, team matches, and championship advances if there are any for the team. Everything in blue is a link on this page. So if you mouse click on a player s name then that player s record will appear. If you mouse click on one of the teams name s, then that teams information will appear. Use the back or close button to get off of this page and return to the USTA League Tab.

9 If you mouse click on the My Tennis Page: tab then you will be on your personal page which shows what teams you are currently registered on. The tabs at the top of this page are the ones to use to go from program to program. TennisLink USTA League Tournaments USTA Flex Leagues Jr Team Tennis My Tennis Page LOGOUT Make sure you logout when leaving TennisLink. If you go back to the USTA League tab you will find the search engines which you can use to find standings of other leagues, any player s record, or any player s rating.

10 In addition to the Search Engines there is the Quick Links section as shown below: These links are used to Record a Score of a team match you will need the match number which is shown on the team schedule, you may find local league coordinators, change player preferences, but you can not create a team. The create a team process is handled by the District Coordinator in the Nebraska District. If you mouse click on the Record a Score link shown above, the a new screen opens where you enter the match number. Enter the match number and mouse click on the next button to continue the process. Enter the requested information about the team match and then mouse click on the next button. Print a Blank Scorecard: If you have not yet played this match, note that there is a link at the bottom of the page for printing a blank scorecard for this particular match. Very Important: After you have entered the information concerning the match and mouse clicked on the next button, be sure and review the information very carefully since it is possible that the information could be incorrect. This is a computer bug that the USTA is in the process of fixing.

11 If you mouse click on the Print a Blank Scorecard link, then the scorecard appears and you may use File/Print on your internet browser to print the scorecard. At the bottom of the scorecard (not shown) is a listing for each team s roster so you will know if the other team s lineup includes only players who are on that team. Always check this carefully since a player who plays without being registered on a team must default the team match.
