You are required to submit the entries on time and late entries will not be accepted. No entry forms are required by Member Associations to submit the online entry

4 10. CLOSE OF ONLINE ENTRY: After the closing date, the BWF Online Entry System will send notification to all participating Member Associations confirming receipt of final entries. Receipt of this notification is the conclusive evidence of receipt of entries before the deadline. The Member Associations should contact BWF immediately if such notice is not received by Wednesday 20 April 2016 by 12 noon BWF Headquarters time ( GMT) following close of entries. If no objection is received by BWF by Thursday 21 April hours BWF Headquarters time (+08.00GMT) following the close of entries, the entries shall deem to be correct. No complaints / objections shall be entertained after this point. All entries must be submitted by online entries only. 11. Shuttlecocks : YONEX AS Scoring System : Rally Point System 3 x 21 points. 13. Clothing and Advertising: Clothing and Advertising must adhere to BWF General Competition Regulations Competition Rules & Regulations : The Championships will be run in accordance with the Badminton World Federation (BWF) General Competition Regulations, the Laws of Badminton and the Regulations for the Super Series 15. Drug testing will be carried out by random and targeted sample system according to BWF regulations. 18. Insurance and Condition for Entries. The organizers will not be responsible for any injury sustained at any time by any player or official arising from his participation in this Championship. Any costs occurred for medical treatment and/or hospitalization shall be borne by the Member Association of the player/official concerned. All players and officials are recommended to review their insurance cover and ensure that it meets your current requirements. 19. Practice Courts for players will be arranged upon arrival at Asia Afrika Badminton Hall, from 01 to 28 May 2016 start at 7.00 am to 9.00 pm and 05 June 2016 at 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, request to fajarakbar82@gmail.com

Team Accreditation : Players and Team Officials are required to wear passes to entry the arena, please return the Team official Accreditation Form with an electronic passport size photo of all players and team officials to sekjen@pbsi.or.id not later than 03 May Accreditation passes will be issued to nominated team officials on the following scale : - Team with up to 10 players 3 passes - Team with between players 4 passes - Team with between players 5 passes - Team with over 25 players 6 passes Note : Accreditation passes are for accompanying officials and any additional passes will have to be purchased at USD150 each. 21.
