To be discussed To submit a detailed promotional plan with the tournament application form to CEV, including but not limited the on-site activities, promotion & media actions before and during the event Minimum 5 days including all quarter finals, semifinals, classification and finals, plus awarding ceremony per gender. TV-01 form to be duly signed by the Host TV. Production must follow the guidelines of the CEV and the TV signal should be available and free of charge to CEV/TV agency on an European Satellite. Daily news production, plus 1 highlight show per gender including Match footage, presentation of host city & venue, Interviews and Sponsor integration Daily news production. 1 highlight show per gender including: Match footage, Cities & venues, Interviews, Sponsor integration Production of a video clip of max. 2 with highlights Including press clippings, media ratio, spectators audience, TV, Photo DVD/CD, all print materials etc. (details of content fixed by CEV) National TV rights, as far as the dates will be approved by CEV/FIVB CEV reserves the following product categories until a certain date (tbc): Use of presenting sponsor Appointment of national sponsors/partners Merchandising opportunities (except fan claps and rain ponchos) 70% of panels and flags surrounding the center and side courts (in standard 2 rows format) plus 70% of total area in official backdrops is allocated to the organizers. Total of 76 matches per gender (Pool teams Play preliminary round, followed by single elimination) Participation limitations U18: Born on 1 st January 1998 or later / U20: Born on 1 st January 1996 or later / U22: Born on 1 st January 1994 or later Venue/court layout To be approved by the CEV Venue Facilities/Court Equipment Stadium Insurance Mandatory CEV Sanction fee No Doping Controls Maximum of 4 samples per gender only for U22; U18 & U20 no doping controls Promotional Plan To submit and work in collaboration with CEV with a promotional plan including an event brochure, promotion & media actions before and during the event Television production and U20 & U22: Minimum production of all semifinals, classification and finals, awarding broadcasting guarantee ceremonies U18: Recommended productions for minimum the finals.
