1 Capital's Spike-A-Rama Tournament Series Tournament Information NO COACHES MEETING. Teams without Webpoint Team Rosters will not be allowed to compete. Coaches sign and date Webpoint Team Rosters before match play, no adjustments after play starts. $3 Admission Fee, parking is free. Best of 3 sets format, 2 sets to 25 no cap, 3rd set to 15 if necessary, no cap. 1st place advance to gold playoffs. 2nd place teams advance to silver playoffs. 3rd place teams advance to bronze playoffs. 4th place teams advance to emerald playoffs. * NO TIEBREAKERS for any pool play results. Pool finish based on match record, game record, pt %, head to head Tie break will follow Badger Region Tournament Director Handbook guidelines. ALL down reffing and scorekeeping duties are provided by Capital Volleyball and Badger Region Refs. * Participating teams need to supply two line judges for their portion of reffing duties. Officials (R1) provided for all matches as requested. 1st Place and 2nd Place receive awards in GOLD PLAYOFFS! A Certified Trainer WILL NOT be available / ice is available / minimal first aid kit available Warm-up for first 2 matches in pool play will be 4-4 (serving time included in 4 minutes). Warm-up for the rest of pool play matches and playoffs will be 3-3 (serving time included in 3 minutes). Serving team has court first. No outside food, coolers or carry-ins are allowed in the building. ANYONE CAUGHT WITH OUTSIDE FOOD IN THE SEA FACILITY WILL BE PENALIZED!!! 1st offense = team will forfeit 5 points on next set 2nd offense = team will forfeit entire next set (25pts) 3rd offense = team will be removed from the tournament and the facility Spectators are not allowed near the players bench area at any time during the tournament. Spectators may bring fold up chairs, but must keep them on the black walking track. Teams may set up their team camps in the SEA gym on the black walking track. NO team camps are allowed to be set up on the playing floor, bench area or lobby. Any team belongings found in these area will be removed by SEA and Capital staff. Concessions available untill last round of playoffs! A coaches hospitality room is available for tournament coaches and refs. Hot food will be delivered by 11:30am.
