5 Contribution FEE The visiting National Federations shall pay a contribution of 35,- EUR per delegation member per day for board and lodging to the full benefit of the organizer. Delegations members are: all players, one coach, one NF Delegate, one physiotherapist The local organizer will provide all delegation members with hotel accommodation (double rooms) and meals from dinner one day before the start of the competition to breakfast one day after the competition. The visiting National Federation shall pay the registration and contribution fee seven (7) days before the start of the event to the bank account of the Organizer. If the Organizer will not receive the fees in time the Technical Supervisor has the right to exclude the concerned teams from the event. For four days in total the respective National Federation shall pay a contribution of 35,- EUR per delegation member per day to the Organizer even if the duration of the stay of its delegation members is shorter (4 x 35,- EUR = 140,- EUR). Every person is responsible for any and all extra expenses at the hotel such as minibar, phone calls, laundry, etc. These expenses must be paid at checkout time. Please, contact Baltma-Tour official accommodation company beachvolley@baltma.ru, Tatyana Kulish Entry FEE For each gender per country the respective National Federation shall forward, upon receipt of the respective CEV invoice, a unique entry fee of 100,- EUR to the bank account of the CEV: BGL BNP Paribas in Luxembourg, Account number: IBAN LU SWIFT: BGLLLULL When a country withdraws from a competition later than ten (10) days before the start this fee is due except for health reasons of a player.

6 License FEE RULES OF THE GAME OFFICIAL BALL For each player applying for participation in the European Beach Volleyball Continental Cup the respective National Federation shall forward, upon receipt of the respective CEV invoice, a license fee amounting to 10,- EUR to the bank account of the CEV: BGL BNP Paribas in Luxembourg, Account number: LU SWIFT: BGLLLULL This fee is due even if the player did register but eventually did not participate in any competition. FIVB Official Beach Volleyball Rules Mikasa VLS-300 OFFICIAL DAYS AND VENUE OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Men & Women Arrival for players: 23 July 2010 Departure for players: 26 July 2010 Players (and/or Team Managers/Coaches/National Federations) are requested to apply early enough for their visas, whenever needed. VISA The Host National Federation should be contacted to receive a letter of invitation (for UE citizens) or tourist invitation. Please send to beach@volley.ru the following data: - Full name - Date of birth - Passport # - Date of issue - Valid till (min 6 months after visa date) - Nationality TRANSPORT LOCAL TRANSPORT Players, Team Managers, Coaches, Physiotherapists, NF members, etc. are responsible for their own international and domestic airfare and for any further expenses such as visa or airport taxes. Local Transportation for players, coach, one NF Delegare and physiotherapist from the official airport to the official hotel is organized by the local organizer on the official days of arrival and departure. Players are responsible to send their travel information via at the latest until 20 July 2010 to the local organizer: beach@volley.ru Local Transportation for accompanying persons is under their own responsibility.
