6 Post High School Educational Scholarships The Exhibitor of Grand Champion Market Steer, Brad Tollett of Rhea County, will receive a $1,000 post high school education scholarship. This scholarship is sponsored by Farm Credit Services of Mid America. Ross Houston of Monroe County exhibited the Reserve Grand Champion Market Steer and will receive a $750 post high school educational scholarship, sponsored by the Knoxville Livestock Center. The scholarship may be claimed after the winner has successfully completed the first term of post high school education. Post high school education includes attending a first term of post high school education. Post high school education includes attending a college or university, a technical school, or trade school that is accredited. Eligible exhibitors must claim the scholarship following completion of the first term of their post high school education or forfeit the award. Exhibitors not attending a post high school educational institution within 18 months following high school graduation will forfeit their eligibility to receive the scholarship.
