This letter is being sent to the address on the registration form; please pass this information on to the teams. Your coaches, players and parents are responsible for the information contained in this letter! The event will not be cancelled due to weather or for any other reason. Coaches must sign off on acceptable Webpoint roster before competing in any matches on the day of event. A. Coaches on roster must have IMPACT of higher education and be safe sport certified. B. Team fee paid yes or green check mark top right corner 2. Teams that have not turned in their Webpoint roster for their team will not be eligible to participate. (NO EXCEPTION!) Please present your roster at the tournament table upon arrival to the facility. No teams will be able to participate until the Webpoint roster has been signed by coach or other staff personnel listed on the roster. 3. There will not be a coaches meeting, any changes will be provided to you when checking in that morning and signing the acceptable Webpoint roster. 4. No Food may be brought into the facility. Coolers are not allowed! Concessions will be provided by the facility. 5. No gum, food or beverages (other than water) will be allowed in the gym. 6. Teams must provide a down official (R2), scorekeeper, libero tracker, & 2 lines judges for pool play. (Note: When a 5 team pool is scheduled, then teams will cover both courts, R1 duties will be provided.). 7. Region up referees have been requested and will be provided for all play, based on availability within the Region. Teams must provide a down official (R2), scorekeeper, libero tracker, & 2 lines judges for bracket play. 8. Please start the warm-up time immediately following the conclusion of the previous match. This is extremely important, so that we may stay on schedule, get all the matches in, and all leave at a reasonable hour! 9. Admissions will be $6.00 for adults, and $3.00 for high school students and younger. 10. JustAgame fieldhouse does not staff a trainer. Limited first aid supplies will be available, please bring your own. Rules: USA Volleyball rules will be utilized. There will be a tournament directors table set up in the facility. Scoresheets will be picked up by the tournament director. Warm-Ups: Team warm-ups will consist of prior to their first match of play (2 shared ball handling, then 4 of each team having their court time which includes serving); All subsequent matches will consist of 3-3 (each team will have to serve within the 3 minutes.). The team NOT warming up, WILL stand behind end line and assist opponent with shagging balls with good sportsmanship. The first match of the day will start on time. All matches that follow may run ahead of schedule. It is the responsibility of each team to follow the progress on their next assigned court and be ready to play when the court is available. Format: Matches will consist of best of 3, unless otherwise noted on schedules. The first two games rally scored to 25 points and the third, if necessary, rally scored to 15 points. All games are win by 2, no cap. Tie Breaker: Protocol #1: For all two-way ties, the #1 team will be the team that won the pool play match between the two teams. For all other ties, Teams qualifying for playoffs shall be determined by: 1. MATCH % (Matches won divided by matches played) 2. GAME % (Games won divided by games played) 3. TOTAL POINT DIFFERENTIAL (Total # of points won subtracted from total # of points lost) 4. Coin flip.
