C) Time schedule will be provided at the time of Manager meeting on 10 th November 2016 at 5:00pm. D) Time schedule for League Matches will be provided just before the completion of knockout matches. E) Teams should report 30 mins before the scheduled match. F) The Director Sports reserves the right to make any changes in the fixtures, if need to be. More Information regarding the championship are given below:- A meeting of the Manager and Coaches of the team will be held on 10 th November 2016 at 5.00 PM in DAV University Committee Room in which instruction about organization of the championship will be briefed. The Tournament will be organized according to the concerned federation rules. 1. The team Managers are requested to bring with them following documents: a) Eligibility Performa s Quadruplicate (Four Copies) typed in and signed by the competent Authority according to the A.I.U rules. b) Identity Cards of the participants for the current session under the signatures of the competent Authority according to the A.I.U. rules. c) Copy of D.M.C. of 10+2 (in case of players studying in the undergraduate classes and graduate degree (in case of layers studying in Post Graduate Classes). 2. Incomplete Performa will not be entertained. No over-writing is permitted on the Performa unless attested by the competent authority. 3. DAV University is situated on Jalandhar-Pathankot National Highway-44, Sarmastpur, Jalandhar. Punjab (India) and well connected by road and railway (Distance of University from Bus Stand is approx. 15 Km and station is approx.12 Km). 4. Accommodation will be available only 24 hours before the scheduled match and team(s) will be required to vacate the rooms within 12 hours of their last match. 5. 4 6. Team s managers will be fully responsible for the discipline of their respective teams / players and damage to property etc., if any will be recovered from the concerned team(s) Manager (s). 7. Teams are requested to bring with them their own lock and key to ensure safety of their belongings. A sum of Rs. 2000/- would be taken as security deposit which shall be refunded by the Officer In -Charges accommodation at the time of departure. 8. The team shall pay officiating 1000/- per match. 9. In Punjab, climate in the month November is cold so team members are requested to bring along with them warm clothing s accordingly. 10. This is for all concerned that you are requested to confirm the exact date of your arrival and exact member of your team. You are also requested to confirm whether you required (bedding and food) facility or not. The cost of bedding rupees 50/- per night including mattress with cover, pillow and rajahi. This act will help us for a smooth conduction of north zone AIU Kho-Kho (Men) Championship Participating teams are required to bring Flag of their Universities for ceremonial purposes.
