The sportsman media group is CEV s exclusive, worldwide agency to market all audio visual media rights to all stages of the CEV Volleyball Cup and CEV Volleyball Challenge Cup. These TV regulations are concerned with the TV rights of both competitions only. All TV rights are defined as: First Party Rights - TV rights to the home matches in the national territory of the hosting club Second Party Rights - TV rights to the away matches in the national territory of a visiting club Third Party Rights - all matches without participation of a club from a Media Partners territory, to be acquired by any broadcaster as well as: all types of transmissions - such as live transmissions and delayed transmissions etc. all types of excerpts - such as Clips, Highlights, News Access etc. For the avoidance of doubt, internet rights (IPTV, broadband etc.) and Mobile Devices Rights are not part of these regulations. These rights belong to the sportsman media group. In case of any interest in internet rights, e.g. broadcasts on Clubs homepages, these rights have to be clarified individually between the requesting party and the sportsman media group. Released on : 24/04/2015 CEV Luxembourg PAGE 7

9 Only the original rights holder CEV, represented by the sportsman media group is able to grant media partners the individually requested TV rights to the competitions within a TV licensing agreement, negotiated and concluded between the media partner and CEV / the sportsman media group. Any broadcasts without such licensing agreement are strictly prohibited and illegal. Definitions: For the sake of simplicity in these TV Regulations: The Confédération Européenne de Volleyball will be referred to as CEV. National Federations will be referred to as NF. The authorized assignee of a NF (participating club) will be abbreviated as CLUB. Please note, for all obligations imposed by the CEV, the NF will always be held responsible in the last instance. All TV Broadcasters broadcasting the CEV Volleyball Cup or CEV Volleyball Challenge Cup matches will be referred to as MEDIA PARTNER. Furthermore, the MEDIA PARTNER producing the CEV Volleyball Cup or CEV Volleyball Challenge Cup home matches of the participating CLUB(s) from its country will be referred to as HOST BROADCASTER. For the avoidance of doubt, a HOST BROADCASTER is a MEDIA PARTNER as well. The sportsman media group will be referred to as THE SPORTSMAN. The TV Regulations are binding and serve as the contractual basis for participation in the CEV Volleyball Cup and CEV Volleyball Challenge Cup TV BROADCASTING CEV Volleyball Cup -1/16, 1/8, 1/4 Finals & Challenge Round CEV Volleyball Challenge Cup - 1/16, 1/8, 1/4 & ½ Finals For these stages of the competitions the CLUBs/NFs have no production or broadcasting obligation. THE SPORTSMAN focuses to agree TV licensing agreements which include a production and broadcasting obligation of as many matches of the competitions as possible. In general each NF / CLUB is free to contact THE SPORTSMAN prior the CEV Volleyball Cup and CEV Volleyball Challenge Cup season, in order to propose reliable HOST BROADCASTER(s) in their respective countries. THE SPORTSMAN will contact these suggested partners immediately and will try to agree on an extensive TV licensing agreement. THE SPORTSMAN will inform the NFs/CLUBs about the production and broadcasting obligations of a HOST BROADCASTER as soon as a licensing agreement is concluded. In case a CLUB decides to produce its home match from the above competition stages, it has to fulfil, like a HOST BROADCASTER, all official CEV production requirements described in these TV regulations (Art. 4.2) and shall contact and inform THE SPORTSMAN at least three weeks prior to the respective match in order for THE SPORTSMAN to be able to offer this match to international MEDIA PARTNERS. Released on : 24/04/2015 CEV Luxembourg PAGE 8

10 OBLIGATIONS IN TERMS OF TV BROADCASTING For the following stages of the competition the NFs / CLUBs have to guarantee the production and distribution according to these regulations: CEV Volleyball Cup - 1/2 Finals & Finals CEV Volleyball Challenge Cup - Finals The main goal of the marketing of the TV rights is to raise the international public attention and TV coverage of both competitions, to further develop the brands CEV Volleyball Cup and CEV Challenge Cup. Therefore, at least the Semi-finals and Final matches of the competitions respectively shall be made available to MEDIA PARTNERS in any case. To guarantee the availability of the CEV Volleyball Cup Semi-finals & Finals and the CEV Volleyball Challenge Cup Finals, each participating NF, respectively each participating CLUB has to guarantee the assumption of the production and distribution costs according to the provisions in Article 4.2, in case there is no HOST BROADCASTER taking over these expenses. In principle the SPORTSMAN / CEV intend to avoid a situation whereby a CLUB will have to pay the production and distribution costs of its Semi-final/Final home matches. Therefore THE SPORTSMAN will use its best efforts to conclude detailed TV licensing agreements with the best possible HOST BROADCASTER(s), who in the best case take over responsibility for all occurring production and distribution costs for each participating CLUB or the whole NF s territory. If CEV / THE SPORTSMAN agree a TV licensing agreement including the production obligation for these stages of the competition, the respective NFs / CLUBs will be released from their production obligation by registered letter by CEV. CEV / THE SPORTSMAN will inform the NFs / CLUBs at the latest 2 [two] days after the completion of the Challenge Round of the CEV Cup respectively after the Semi-Finals of the Challenge Cup about the situation in regards to the production obligation of NFs / CLUBs. Each NF / CLUB qualified for these stages of the competition are obliged to provide CEV with a TV-01 duly signed by the NF, the club, at least one week prior the start of the CEV Volleyball Cup Semi-finals and Finals, respectively the CEV Volleyball Challenge Cup Final matches. In case the NF/CLUB have not concluded any agreement with a HOST BROADCASTER, they are nevertheless obliged to guarantee the production of the match as well as the availability of the signal to any third parties. With its final registration the NF / CLUB fully agree to all terms and conditions settled in the TV Regulations. For the avoidance of doubt, despite the production guarantee, the NF / CLUB do explicitly not hold any broadcasting rights. All broadcasting rights are granted only by CEV/THE SPORTSMAN.
