2 Tatiana Booth - Head Volleyball Coach - Second Year at CU record: 7-22, 3-17 LSC - Graduated from East Central Oklahoma Head Coach Tatiana Booth s Thoughts on the 2018 Class: We are very excited for our new additions to our 2018 roster. We only truly lost one starter and our remaining group has beyond improved and given max effort all off season. We expect our incoming commits to come in and hit the ground running and getting to know them through the recruiting process I m sure they will. They all were sold on our school for more reasons than volleyball; which I loved. Our academic choices for them, the community, and meeting Cameron University employees were all things that impressed them while up. We are still climbing up hill and getting better as a unit and excited for what 2018 has to bring with these signees.

3 Peyton Little / 5-6 / defensive specialist Georgetown, Texas Tyler Junior College Gateway College Prep At TJC - Dean s List... Academic 2nd Team... Presidential Dean s List... Two times went to NJCAA Division I National Volleyball Tournament... In 2017 team was 1st in conference and made history with first Region XIV tournament championship in school history. At GCP - Team Captain... All District 25-3A MVP Setter and Academic 1st Team... Let teaem to district playoff appearance. Why Peyton choose Cameron: I chose Cameron because of the excellent biology program in the hopes to continue studying to become a Physicians Assistant. I am excited to have the opportunity continue to play volleyball and play for Coach Booth. I ve know Peyton for a few years now, I recruited her at my previous school. When I got the job here her and her family reached out to say congrats and I knew that wouldn t be my last time talking to them. I am thrilled to have Peyton, she played with Ashleigh Mcfatridge and they come from a JUCO that knows how to win! Peyton joined us in spring and hit the ground running. She is playing out of her position during practice and will never complain, she is just a great team player, very coachable, and an even better person! I m so excited she is here.

4 Kirsten Evans / 5-7 / Setter Frisco, Texas Frisco HS Team MVP... 1st team All-District 2016 & st team Academic All-District 2016 & Academic All-State in TGCA All-Star Team 5A Alternate. Why Kirsten choose Cameron: It has been a dream of mine to play volleyball in college and Coach Booth made that possible. I love the faculty, the campus, the town, and the close proximity to my home in Texas. The small-school atmosphere is ideal for my education and I can t wait to be in Lawton in the Fall! What really stands out to me about Kirsten is that she is very coachable, I would tell her adjustments and she instantly made them. Kirsten also has Libero experience so that as well is a plus, gives us versatility if needed. Kirsten has a great game IQ and is very accountable, which I love. Anytime I asked her for anything she was on top of it right away which is a huge plus for Coaches! She is just an intelligent individual as a whole and will be a great asset to our roster on the court and in the classroom.

5 Bailee Smith / 5-7 / Setter Grand Prairie, Texas Grand Prairie HS Senior Girl of the Month... Top 10% of her class... National Honor Society... 1st team All-District. Why Bailee choose Cameron: I selected Cameron University because of my interest in going to a small close knit college with high academic standards. I also wanted to pursue my volleyball career at a university under the leadership of coaches that not only valued developing athletics, but also see the importance of developing well rounded young women as well. When recruiting Bailee I liked her more and more each time I watched her play, she has beautiful hands as a setter and has good decision making skills. Bailee has already been taught a faster tempo game as a setter which is very helpful since that s the style of play we run. On her visit she had a great connection with our hitters, recruiting her and getting to know her family was very enjoyable. I m excited to see whats to come for her in our program.

6 amina Olubushola olajuwon / 6-0 / middle Huntsville, Texas Blinn College Huntsville HS At Blinn - Honorable Mention... 2nd Team All-Conference kills per set blocks per set hitting percentage her sophomore year kills and 112 blocks as a freshman. Why Amina choose Cameron: I chose Cameron because I know I will grow as a person on the court and in the classroom. Amina is a natural athlete, she jumps out the gym and just has raw talent. Bringing Amina in gives us depth in our Middle position and also helps us move around some hitters as well. When she came up on her visit she clicked right away with the team and we all fell in love with her. I love that she is not afraid to ask questions, during her tryout if she had question or needed clarity she asked right away. She is willing to grow as a player within our system and that s exactly what we need. Amina is a transfer from a very solid JUCO volleyball program, her court experience thus far will be a big plus for us.

7 shantalle demirjian / 6-0 / outside hitter Las Vegas, Nevada Sierra Vista HS Scholar Athlete Award all four years of high school... School record for most aces in a league... 2nd Team All-Conference as a sophomore and 1st Team as a junior... 1st Team All- Region, 2nd Team All-Southern Nevada, and All-Tournament Team as a senior... USA HP A2 volleyball program (2016)... Maxpreps AVCA Player of the Week kills in 96 sets. Why Amina choose Cameron: I choose Cameron because of the knowledgeable coaching staff and the encouraging environment. As well as the impressive academic program in my degree. I m very excited to have Shantalle, we connected with her on a Vegas recruiting trip and loved her court awareness as a hitter. She makes smart plays and is just a great teammate and very vocal. On her visit she fit in well with our team and gives us some great height on the outside, she will shine here!

8 Sarah Wright / 5-9 / Outside Hitter Pearland, TX Pearland HS Named a 23-6a District 2nd team player in 2016 and 22-6a honorable mention in Wright was also nominated as Player of the Week for the Chronicle Newspaper... Her junior year, Wright recorded 300 kills in 109 sets played kills on a.133 attack percentage as a senior with 26 total blocks and 106 digs. Why Bailee choose Cameron: I chose Cameron University because I was very impressed with my desired degree program and the campus. I ve heard many wonderful things about the Aggie volleyball program and coaching staff. Sarah will be a great asset to our roster, she is a six rotational outside hitter who sees the floor well and has power. Adding her to the roster gives us more depth on the outside, which is what we need. When Sarah and her family came on her visit I instantly liked her, she will mesh well with our team and bring out a competitive side that we really need for our 2018 roster. EARLY SIGNEE
