1 The 2019 PHS Philadelphia Flower Show Flower Power! will highlight the stunning influence and impact flowers can have on our daily lives. Marvel at the power flowers have in our happiness, memories and communities. Also, witness FTD crown the champion at the World Cup of Flowers, featuring exciting live design competitions by the world s premier floral designers. Enclosed you will find your tickets, the 2019 motorcoach identification card, directions on drop-off and pick-up at the Pennsylvania Convention Center and motorcoach parking. Please ask your driver to place the identification card in the lower right-hand corner of the coach windshield. This card will identify your vehicle to the traffic attendant at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The traffic attendant will direct your coach to the appropriate drop-off and pick-up location. 2 Group leaders must: 1. Share your cell phone numbers with all group attendees and vice versa 2. Be sure all group attendees are aware of their tour operator name, bus color and bus number. There are often several buses from the same company daily, so it is important each attendee knows for certain which bus is theirs. Name tags with your contact information and bus loading zone and pick up time work great! 3. All group attendees should know the time and location (A or B) of your departure. 4. All buses must pick up and drop off in your group s respective zone based on the parking placard received with your tickets (A or B). Drop off procedure 1. Once your bus comes to a complete stop within your respective zone, the bus can safely unload (look for security directing bus traffic) 2. Group leaders, please look out for Flower Show volunteers in blue vests and check in with them upon arriving outside. Please inform them which group you are with. 3. Groups unloading at A are encouraged to enter 12 th and Arch st West entrance. 4. Groups unloading at B are encouraged to enter 12 th and Arch st East entrance. 5. If you need to pick up a complimentary ticket, proceed to will call inside 12 th and Arch st west entrance (to the right when you walk in). Pick up procedure 1. We ask all group leaders to check in at Will Call (12 th and Arch st west) 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure to confirm all attendees are accounted for. 2. If your bus is ready to leave and you are missing a passenger, please report immediately to the Will Call booth (12 th and Arch st west) and inform staff. 3. Please be punctual! Buses are not permitted to idle in the drop off zone.

Make a right onto 12 th Street. Proceed 1 ½ blocks to the drop off location under the overpass. From Points North: I-95 South to Exit 22 Central Philadelphia/I-676. Turn right onto Callowhill St. Turn left onto 8 th St. Turn right onto Vine St. Take the 2 nd left onto 12 th St. Proceed 1 ½ blocks to the drop off location under the overpass. From the New Jersey Turnpike: NJ Turnpike to ext4 (Philadelphia/Camden exit). Take Route 73 North and follow it to Route 38 West approximately 7.6 miles following the signs directing to the Benjamin Franklin Bridge (30 West), crossing into Philadelphia. Follow the signs for 611/Vine Street/PA Convention Center. Stay on the surface road, do not follow ramp to lower highway I-676. Go approximately 6 blocks, make a left turn onto 12 th Street. Proceed 1 ½ blocks to the drop off location under the overpass. From Points South: I-95 North to Exit 22 Central Philadelphia/I-676. Continue onto Callohwill St. Use the middle lane to turn slightly left to stay on Callowhill. Then turn left onto 12 th St. Proceed 1 ½ blocks to the drop off location under the overpass.
